I did not plan on someone who went through some crazy life altering surgeries since the world everyone is coming from is specifically mirrored after this one.  

Things like different colored eyes is perfectly fine.  But crazy mutations will be rejected.

You will come back in the condition you were in before you died but without the illnesses that killed you to begin with, if you had an illness
