Character Sheet Name: Hirutila Saljamanna Appearance: Hirutila is a short man, about 5'5". His skin is a light tan color, and his face betrays his age, being slightly scared and worn, about what one would expect from a man in his mid 40s. He has wavy black hair, down to his shoulders, usually tied back, typically with a wide brimmed black hat. He has a short beard, slightly graying. Bio: Hirutila Albareikissunus Saljamanna was born in the city of Karlei, on the island of Sardinia, where he was raised until the time he was 13, when his family relocated to Carthage (Vandalic: Karkheda). Hirtula's father, Albareik, had elevated his family into the middle-class of Vandalic society by the foundation of a mercantile business shipping wheat from Vandalia to the Balkans and Anatolia by way of the Ostrogothic capital city of Bizantia (Byzantium). Albareik was killed in an argument in Bizantia when his son was about 17 years old, leaving the business to be inherited by him. Hirutila was able to make a living as a merchant, expanding to make routes westward to Saxony, until a storm in the atlantic destroyed a fleet of ships, sending Hirutila into debt, forcing him to sell off what was left of his business to avoid being jailed. At the threat of being tracked down by debtors, Hirutila ended up fleeing to Corsica, and Island at the fringe of Vandal rule to avoid detection by any debtors. It was there that he encountered the Chadian outlaw, Rago, who had fled to Europe to escape being prosecuted for his crimes of theft in Chad. An agreement was made between the two, who began a career of raiding the Mediterranean with a group of hired raiders from Europe and Africa, taking whatever they could and returning to Corsica. By the Age of 40 Hirutila and his warband had become a major raiding force in the Mediterranean, though the career came to an end when he was captured in Egypt, and imprisoned. For the last 5 years, he has been rotting away in prison, seemingly left to die. Age: 45 Skills: An accomplished sailor since he was 17 years old, Hirutila is a strong, agile individual, capable of great feats of strength and agility. He's skilled in the use of a sword and polearms. Having to survive in hiding on Corsica, he's gained a great amount of skill in repair and maintenance of his equipment, even learning how to make his own weapons. But he really doesn't need weapons, and is more than capable of just beating up his opponents with his fists if necessary. Being a merchant by trade for most of his life, He's good with navigation, and management of money and resources. He's also multilingual, speaking, in addition to his native Vandalic, Greek, Gaulish, Saxon, Persian, Hausa, Libyic (an Indo-European language native to the Sahara), and Egyptian. He's also capable of making and deploying a notable incindiary item called 'Gothic Fire'. Most likely originally created by Greeks, it became associated with the Ostrogoths, who used it to defend their maritime interests. It burns very hot, and is capable of burning on water. Personality: Any carelessness that he once had was crushed very harshly by the destruction of his business and the forced exile of himself that lead to his adoption of piracy. While jaded from a string of bad luck that leaves him appearing harsh and abrasive to those he meets, Hirutila tries not to let it get the best of him, and tries to maintain as positive an outlook as he can. He is a devoted Okhemarite Buddhist, and tries to live up to the standards set by the religion, though he is obviously forced into a situation where he must compromise his values for his own survival every day. However, he abides by the precepts of not swearing, not drinking excessively, and avoiding killing as much as possible, though he finds that it often is impossible not to kill. His ultimate goal is to get enough wealth from piracy to be able to return to his normal life.

Name: Zekaraya Yordan (Zecharaiah ben Yardan) Appearance: Zekaraya has dark brown skin, black eyes and hair twisted into long curls that hang down to his shoulders. His head is typically covered in a white cloth tied like a turban. He looks significantly younger than he really is, owing to the magitek infused into his body actively repairing damage both from injury and natural aging. Typical clothing for him is a simple white tunic that falls to about mid knee length, with a pair of loose fitting pants underneath. He is also typically wearing a dark gray cloak over his body as well. He does not immediately come off as too imposing due to the fact that his large height (6 feet) is offset by his very thin build. Bio: The story of Zekaraya actually predates his own birth, starting with the individual who would come to call himself Messiah. Following the fall of Israel by the hands of the Babylonians, it is said that a group of Israelites managed to escape with the sacred treasures of the temple to the land of Ethiopia, where it is said that the legendary King Solomon had left a child with their Queen, one named Menelik. Menelik and his new companions would go on to unite Ethiopia under his rule and found the Solomonic Dynasty, and when powerful enough, take Israel back. Over time, Israel would, in fact, rise again, but under the Hasmoneans, rather than the Solomonids. When the Hasmoneans attempted to made restored contact with the Jewish population of Ethiopia, they found that the Solomonids rejected their claims to legitimacy, seeing them as pretenders backed by Egypt, and the Negus of Ethiopia condemned the Hasmoneans, declaring that the Kingdom of Ethiopia's end goal would be to retake Israel and put the Godly mandated Davidic line, carried by Solomon's descendants in Ethiopia, on the throne. Thus did Judaism in Ethiopia and The Middle-East have their first Great Schism. Some few hundred years later, The Solomonids then carried out a purge of any tribes that they found were loyal to the Hasmonean supported Priesthood, forcing them to flee from the lands the controlled, sending them north-west into the Sahara. During one of these military campaigns, the Ethiopian forces attacked a Semitic tribe known as the Thamudites and forced them to leave. The leader of the assault was one of the Negus's sons, who engaged in the pillaging of the Thamudites lands after defeating them. The prince killed a soldier who had retreated to his home to defend his family, killing his wife as well and raping their daughter. When the Thamudites were forced to flee into the Sahara, the young girl was left pregnant with the prince's son, who would be born later when the tribe had settled into a permanent location. The boy was named Immanu'il bin Nasonyi, and was raised by his mother and her husband Nsonyi, a trader from the nearby Lunda Bantu tribe. Largely resented by his mother and father, he learned how to fend for himself early in his life. Immanu'il earned a living as a blacksmith later in life, and around the age of 22, he began to feel a strong calling towards religious studies, first studying under the Kahens of the Thamudites, but quickly forming dissenting ideas that caused him to cease studies, and devote himself to developing his own interpretations in quiet. During one of these studies, Immanu'il was visited by a mysterious figure, who claimed to be an agent of God and demonstrated himself to be a powerful mage, with knowledge of seemingly everything in their world. The figure told Immanu'il that he was, in fact, the Messiah of the Jewish people and that his true name was Emmanuel, and he was in fact born of the Davidic line by way of his true father, a prince of the Axumite Empire in Ethiopia. The figure then bestowed 'the power of miracles' upon Emmanuel by way of infusing his body with Magitek, turning him into a powerful mage, and telling him to seek out 'the ones who would stand at his left and his right" the "Son of Aaron" and the "Lion of Judah". Emmanuel would find the first after news of him reached across Africa of a Thamudite man claiming to be the Messiah. One of the travelers who came to see him was a Chorite (Hurrians who fled to the Sahara in ancient times) of Jewish descent named Kikkuli, who had also been undertaking independent studies, and believe the Messianic age was about to begin. Emmanuel displayed his power and Kikkuli accepted him as Messiah, informing Emmanuel of his own status as a Levite and a Kahen. Emmanuel then came to the conclusion that Kikkuli was his "Son of Aaron" and thus renamed him to Malachi, turning him into his personal advisor. Once Emmanuel and Malachi had assembled a sizable following, the two took over the Thamudite tribe to remove any dissenters, and turn their attention outward. One of the groups that Emmanuel sought to bring into his fold was the powerful Tigranites, skilled warriors who would be useful in his conquest of Axum. Emmanuel and Malachi assembled an army and marched into Tigrinya territory. There, Emmanuel made a declaration that he had been declared the Messiah by an angel and that he offered the Tigrinites a chance to peacefully accept him and join his dominion, giving them 3 days to decide before he was forced to take them over militarily. It was at that time that Emmanuel was attacked by a 13-year-old boy who had stolen his father's spear and threw it at Emmanuel, though the spear was vaporized by a fire spell from him, the boy did not relent, attempting to drive out the whole of the army by himself. Emmanuel was impressed by the spirit of the Boy and ordered the soldiers to take him as a prisoner, for he felt that the boy was the "Lion of Judah" that the figure had prophesized to him long ago. In exchange for the Lion of Judah, Emmanuel granted the Tigrinites clemency if they refused, though they were so stunned by Emmanuel's displays of magic that they accept him as Messiah and agreed to give him military support. Emmanuel and Malachi would continue to gather tribes, taking their new aide, the boy named Zakaraya, along with them. Gradually, he became more powerful and more loyal to Emmanuel, eventually becoming the head of Emmanuel's entire army at 23, and lead the conquest of Axum, establishing a base for his eventual taking of Israel. After 10 years stabilizing the country, the triumvirate consolidated their power, with Malachi wedding his daughter, Deborah, to Emmanuel, and Zekaraya betrothing his 12-year old daughter, Faven, to be married to him as well when of a suitable age. Zekaraya was ready to take on the Hasmoneans and demanded that Emmanuel and Malachi order the army and Axum's allies to attack. However, Emmanuel refused, saying that he had been visited by the angel once again, informing him that soon he had sent out an enemy to destroy the enemies of God, beings called the Heartless, who would swarm across the land, and destroy all enemy realms, and that once the Persians and the Vandals had fallen to the Heartless, then it would be time to strike the Hasmoneans and retake Israel, whereupon Emmanuel, Malachi, and Zekaraya would be given eternal life and rule over New Jerusalem as the three Judges. However, Emmanuel had been informed that his enemies had summoned a powerful sorcerer, who wielded a blade like a key, who was residing in Egypt and would ruin everything if he was not killed. Thus, Emmanuel sent Zekaraya to go kill this sorcerer, the one named Hirutila Albareikssunus. Age: 33 Skills: Zekaraya is an extremely skilled swordsman, capable of taking down many enemies at once with little effort. He is extremely strong, both from his own power and from Magitek enhancements, capable of decapitating a horse in a single strike of his sword. Hardened by years of war, he is an excellent tactician, and capable of solving problems with great ease. In addition to his own military skill, Zekaraya was infused with Magitek by Emmanuel, and thus has a great capacity and skill with magic, able to cast high-level spells, and augment himself and his allies with magical defenses. His most notable skill is that of the Mystic Sword, in which Zekaraya enchants his sword with magical power, and unleashes a spell upon his enemy upon them being damaged by the sword, augmenting the already high danger of fighting him. Personality: Zekaraya is brash and impulsive, prone to fits of anger and rage, which often cloud his judgment. Often immature and emotionally stunted, he prefers to solve his problems through brute force and displays of magical power, though he can undertake more cerebral measures if he absolutely must. He is fanatically loyal to Emmanuel, who he believes sincerely to be the Messiah, and is utterly devoted to his cause, to the point he has the air of being rather brainwashed, possibly as he was indoctrinated into his cause at a young age. He will seek out and kill Hirutila and any other Keyblade wielders he finds by any means necessary.

Name: Audry Hjaurtly Appearance:

Bio: Audry was born and raised in the remains of Carthage during the spring of 2268. A native of the Vandalreich, one of the last 'states' remaining in the devastated world of the Far Future Green Sahara in a time when humanity is rapidly approaching extinction, of both Vandal and Canaanite descent, she was born into a time when the lands of the Sahara were beginning to lose their fertility from a slowly accumulating desertification as a result of decreasing rainfall due to a climate shift provoked by a nuclear war, prompting the Vandals and the Canaanites to wander eastward across the Sahara towards the Middle East. Leaving North Africa and the Sahara when she was 13, her family moved to the region of Adelfi-Ammon, founding the city of New Ammon, in the area of the former state of Jordan, where she would spend the rest of her teenage years. New Ammon, built upon the ruins of a former capital of a major nation, was full of relics of the past, and Audry, who had become something of an adventurer, discovered many strange and unusual artifacts that lead her to become enamored with the idea of machinery and physics, which she took to heart to study in the hopes of one day making something useful from the scrap and long lost machines she found. While adventuring one day, she fell into a sinkhole and found herself in the mass grave of some kind of ancient army, whose bodies had long worn away into nothing but bone, but their armor caught her attention. Though it was archaic as if from the Middle Ages, the soldiers seemed to possess some kind of integrated technology far beyond its time, which Audry took with her to experiment on, only to have the machines seemingly burrow into her skin, infusing her with the magitec, causing her to fall into a period of illness. During a spell of delirium, she was seemingly instructed by a disembodied voice to venture out into the eastern desert. She did just that, taking off into the desert at night. While out in the desert, Audry came in contact with a group of cloaked figures who took off at the sight of her, prompting her to chase after them until she reached some kind of monastic community in the middle of the desert, before being captured and taken back to the monastery. The figures revealed that they were founded by a great holy man who was saved from death by the "legendary hero" a young woman that they referred to as 'Gadyata', but who was later attacked by authorities and he and his followers driven out into the wilderness to fade into obscurity, as time forgot about them. These people, known as the Galileans, after the homeland of their founder, devoted their time to preserving the knowledge that they had collected over the centuries in their monastery, studying the Multiverse and the timestream, keeping knowledge of the Keyblade wielders and their long past quest, knowing that they were fated to one day meet a new hero, descended from one of the originals, who they would send back in time to meet the legendary hero, and with her, go to meet the other Keybladers and aid them on their quest to defeat Leo. The Galileans outfitted Audry with their magnum opus, a device known as the Chronodex, which would allow her to travel back in time to the Middle Ages, so long as she was able to find a sufficient space-time anomaly. However, Audry would require finding the Keybladers to be able to travel between timelines, something that the Galileans had never managed to figure out how to do. Age: 20 Skills: Audry has an expansive knowledge of machinery and physics, allowing her to make most anything from scrap. Growing up, Audry learned how to fight rather quickly, picking up skill with both firearms and melee weapons, carrying a rifle and a machete as her primary weapons. Her body was infused with magicite from the remains of one of Malachi's deceased magitec knights, giving her some moderate skill in magic, though she has no skill in using it and is unsure of how to access it aside from activations when in distress. Audry has a keyblade that can manifest, though she is completely unaware of its existence, believing that there cannot be any more keyblade wielders past the Middle Ages and that her time period is 'past that age'. Personality: A very cautious and serious individual, Audry grew up in the chaotic future of the Green Sahara, leading her to have a rather reserved and calculating personality, always analyzing situations before jumping into them. While a generally very polite young woman, she's known to have outbursts of anger when she feels that the situations before her are not being taken seriously, or the proper steps are not being taken to achieve the intended goal. She also appears to be afflicted with a degree of post-traumatic stress disorder from the hardships that she and the other Vandals-Canaanites faced in their migration from the Sahara into Canaan, and the generally violent nature of living in the ruins of a collapsed society.

World Sheet Name: The Green Sahara Summary of History: The rain never left the Sahara, leaving what had become a dry wasteland in our world to remain a lush and fertile grassland. Dominated by the 3 Great African Seas: The Moorish Sea, The Sea of Chad, and the Punic Sea. Home to various nomadic tribes and some powerful kingdoms, the North of Africa is much more relevant in the world. After the conquests of Carthage, in which the emergent Carthage utilized its massive abundance of resources to utterly eradicate its rival Rome, and Alexander, and the rise of the Hausa empire of Chad, the Sahara was dominated by Three Major powers, The Carthaginian Empire, The Ptolemaic Kingdom, and the Chadian Empire, with the powerful Seleucid Empire exerting influence. Following a Jewish revolt taking place in Seleucid territory, the Ptolemy's backed the rebels, declaring war on the Seleucids. The Seleucids called their ally, the Carthaginians, into the war, prompting the Ptolemy's to call in the Chadian Empire. The War ultimately ended in favor of the Ptolemys, who backed the creation of and Israelite Kingdom, and forced the Seleucids to renounce their claims in Asia Minor and the Levant, ceding lands to the Ptolemaic allies of Pergamum and Galatia. Carthage was hit harder, being forced to renounce all its territories outside of Africa, withdrawing from Iberia and ceding its Italian territories to the Celtic Kingdom of the Senones, and release the Kingdom of Epirus as an independent state. Carthage and The Seleucids never rose again, with the remnants of the Seleucid Empire being destroyed by the arrival of the Parthians, and the Carthaginians facing destruction at the hands of the Vandals 3 centuries later. Around this time, the teachings of a man named Siddhartha Gautama began to spread across the Hellenic world, attracting followers from all walks of life. The first to officially convert to this new religion on a national level was King Attalus II of Pergamum, who sent out missionaries to the Galatians and the Macedonians. The Migration Period was kickstarted with the arrival of the Huns, who pushed Germanic, Celtic, and Slavic peoples southwest into Europe, Africa, and Asia. The first to fall were the Gaulish Kingdoms, which saw them migrating south into Iberia to escape the Goths, Franks, Saxons, Frisians, and Vandals, later being pushed northward into the Northwest of Iberia by the Vandals. The Vandal Kingdom was destroyed by the Goths, who forced the Vandals out into North Africa, where they destroyed the last remnants of the Carthaginian Empire. The Goths established a powerful state in Iberia, with the Northwest of Iberia being divided between various small Celtic Kingdoms, ruled and inhabited by Gaulish Exiles, native Celtiberians, and Britons fleeing from the Anglo-Saxon invasions, gradually expanding south. Italy saw itself invaded by the Burgundians, who took all of the Cisalpine Italian lands up to the Tiber river, with the Senonian Kingdom of Italy remaining in control of the South. The Balkans saw an influx of eastern Germanic Tribes who settled along the Danube, and Slavic tribes after that. The Kingdoms of Macedon and Epirus were conquered by the Cherusci and the Ostrogoths, while the Germanic Heruli, Lombards, and Marcomanni settled in the Northern Balkans, only for the Heruli and Marcomanni to be pushed across the Danube and the Lombards to be relocated to the Adriatic coast by the arrival of the Slavic Antes, Serbs, Croats, Slovenes, and Rus. The Area of Germania, which largely saw itself depopulated, was resettled by Slavic tribes moving up to the Rhine, save for the Alpine region, which remained under the Authority of the Alamanni. Meanwhile, in Africa, the Bantu migrations saw Bantu speaking tribes move east in northward and southward directions, encroaching on Saharan nations, particularly upon the Chadians and the Nubian kingdoms. Western African Kingdoms began to take advantage of the long trade routes from their lands to East Asia to become extremely wealthy and exert influence on the greater continent, culminating with the political unification of much of western Africa under the Ghana Empire, a direct rival to the increasingly weakening Chadian Empire. The Vandals, who had recently arrived in Africa, were also becoming rich off of facilitating Trade between West Africa and the western Mediterranean. Egypt remained something of a power, with holdings in Arabia and parts of the Levant remaining after the death of the Ptolemaic Dynasty, with the new Isaurian dynasty, founded by a Syrian born general Philippos Isauros. More turbulence was brought with the arrival of nomadic peoples from the east, who came to hold dominance over much of the steppe lands, first with the Avars invasion and conquest of Pannonia, and the arrival of the Magyars soon after. Now Turkic peoples are found across Central Asia, reaching into the Middle East. Religion in the Mediterranean and the Sahara is dominated by "Bouttismos Okhemara", Greater Vehicle Buddhism. A western offshoot of Mahayana Buddhism, born from the intermingling of Buddhism and Greek Philosophy, it has rapidly spread across the Middle-East, North Africa, and Southern Europe. The religion has also incorporated dominant religious traditions such as the Greco-Egyptian Cult of Isis (applying many of the practices of the Isis cult upon the worship of the mother of Buddha, Maya). Ultimately, Okhemara Buddhism is a religion that stresses self-cultivation with the ultimate goal of escaping from rebirth and reaching the realm of Nirvana (Greek: Nibbana) through attaining the state of Eleutheros (freedom). Okhemara, due to the influence of the Messianic Judaism movement, emphasises the arrival of the Messiah (Greek: Khristos), who is named Mateia, and will arrive to deliver a world governed by perfect law, and will return 1000 years later as Apeirophos, the reincarnation of Mateia in the celestial realm who will send the wicked to Tataros to make penence for their sins, and will fuse the earth and heaven into the "Pure Land" of Nirvana (Greek: Nibbana) a land without suffering, where the Eleutherioi had dwelled beforehand. In contrast, the region of "Transalpine Europe" is a totally different world from the south of the continent. Organized religion and philosophy of the Hellenistic world have barely penetrated into this realm, mostly being inhabited by the most distant of Germanic and Slavic peoples. They are technologically lagging behind the Mediterranean and Near East, becoming less advanced the further northeast one goes. The area is mostly unchanged since the migration period, with the old Polytheistic religions of old being dominant. Norsemen utilize the complex river systems of the east to trade with the people of the Middle-East, keeping contact between the north and south alive. However, northern Europe exists at the periphery of civilization and is largely irrelevant on a global scale. However, the People of the Green Sahara, while safe from direct invasion from Heartless or the Seekers of Darkness, found its inhabitants seemingly manipulated indirectly from an unknown force, leading them to become increasingly violent and warlike, leading to a Global Nuclear War in the year 1987, of such a massive scale that the earth was permanently damaged to the point that the climate began a rapid spiral downward into Nuclear Winter. The initial cooldown wiped out about 2/3 of the population, with the mass extinction of many of earth's plant an animal species pushing the global human population down to 10,000 worldwide by the 23rd Century, with the population only decreasing over time as the planet moves on without them.
