[hider=Clothing][color=848482]Toulmin's clothing matches the color scheme of a Staravia. He has a dark gray hooded cowl that conceals his eyes rather well. A lighter gray spot is located right atop of it, and his ponytail pokes out the back of it. Toulmin also has a darker gray scarf and a thin gray tunic that has the zig-zag pattern of a Staravia stretching from his neck to his chest. He has dark gray, almost black, trousers that are somewhat ragged at the hems.[/color][/hider]

[hider=Physical Traits][color=848482]Toulmin has dark gray wings sprouting from his back. They aren't too large, but big enough to carry him through the air for longer intervals. He has a Staravia's tail-- dark gray with lighter feathers in the middle of it. Toulmin also bears bird feet starting below his knee. Long, sharp claws protrude from his toes, perfect for balancing on tree branches and roofs-- and also for clinging onto and shredding foes.[/color][/hider][/hider]

[color=848482]Orphaned at a young age, Toulmin had to learn how to survive on his own fairly quickly. He roamed  Tere and even Caelum, where he came upon a cluster of bird Pokemon that took him under their wings. They fed him and tended for him, but most importantly, they trained him how to fight and fend for himself, among other things. When Toulmin was old enough, they sent him off on his own. 

Currently, Toulmin is roaming across Tere once more. He seeks to further hone his skills and become a Staraptor.[/color]
