Lyons continued his humanitarian cause while a splinter group broke off to perform their primary duty in the former capital. This splinter faction would be known as the Brotherhood Outcast. During the purifier wars and the Enclave invasion, the Outcast kept their head low. Casdin knew they hardly had the numbers to take on the new threat. While he himself was a proud traditionalist and abhorred the idea of outside recruitment, he accepted that only Lyon's had the manpower to take on the Enclave threat. Both the Outcast and Lyon's group avoided each other during the war. On the rare event that they met though, fierce clashes took place. Wasteland recruits calling the Outcast traitors while the Outcast saw the new recruits as nothing more than cannonfodder for pure blooded Brotherhood members. However one event would ultimately soften the hatred between the two groups. The scission. The Citadel, once Lyon's show of force to the wasteland, reduced to rubble. Casdin refused to believe the initial reports are first. That the mighty bastion of the Brotherhood was destroyed. His scouts would ultimately confirm the tales though. The Citadel, Liberty Prime, Elder Lyons, a good number of Lyon's Brotherhood and numberless important tech an data were lost. Casdin mourned the lost of Lyons. Though he thought he had lost his objectives, the man did not deserve such a fate. Neither did the brotherhood. Casdin also realized that the main objective of their expedition to the east was now gone. All the tech they sought to horde and protect had vanished. Casein collected his most senior officers and discussed the future of their group. There was no doubt that any and all strategic importance the Capital Wasteland had was now lost. Casdin's inner circle agreed that it was now time to head back west and rejoin their mother chapter. How the remnants are suppose to get there was a heated topic of discussion. It was decided that the road back west would necessitate more resources then when they first arrived to the capital wasteland. Reports of organized raiders in the Pitt, resurgent super mutant attacks and Enclave skirmishers has made any travel more perilous. Their diminished numbers made it more so. A young defender who had only distinguished herself a few months before proposed a radically new strategy for Casdin and his officers. Armored convoys. The ruined automobiles that scattered the waste would be refurbished into vehicles of war. Naturally most of the other officers were completely skeptical of the plan. This new doctrine was tested during the battle of Super-Duper Mart where a numerically superior force of Talon Company mercenaries attacked a scavenging party of the Outcast. The Outcast surprised the mercs with their mobility. Quickly outflanking the Talon Company and suppressing them in position. The mercenaries were forced into a hasty retreat with a good number of them gunned down by the Outcast. After the battle, any distrust of the new battle plan was slowly faded away. Now the Outcast rely heavily on their mechanized units for their day to day operations. Casdin, who had now promoted himself to Elder since the lost of Lyons, oversees all of the Outcast operations. The young defender who had came up with the strategy found herself promoted to Paladin and heads important scavenging operations in the waste. The new mission of the Outcast is to get at least five pre-war buses operational to load every Outcast members that remains in DC and hopefully make it back to California. However such an undertaking would prove difficult, if not impossible, in this hostile wasteland.
Economy: Aside from the power armor and laser weaponry the brotherhood collects and maintains, the Outcast has started recovering vehicles from the wasteland and turning them into armored war machines. So far the Outcast has made eight war bikes, two scout buggies, a war truck and a war rig.

War Bike War bikes are reconditioned motorcycles used by the Outcast for a number of purposes. It's most common use is for battlefield reconnaissance. However the brotherhood has used them to harass enemy forces, sabotage enemy supply lines and guard their war truck and war rig. A war bike's top speed is 30 KpH when the driver is wearing power armor and 75 KpH when the driver is not. Defender Morgan herself drives a specialized version where an AER9 Laser Rifle is fixed onto the left side of her war bike. Unlike other drives, Defender Morgan doesn't sacrifice the use of one hand when engaging enemy on her bike.
Scout Buggy A small buggy converted from small vehicles with the frame removes and replaced with lightweight plating. The buggy has enough space for three passengers and a driver. However the cramped space doesn’t allow for power armored units to mount it. As its name implies, the buggy is used for long distance reconnaissance. Its maximum speed is 120 KpH on a flat area.
War Truck The primary transport vehicle of the Outcast. It is capable to transporting a maximum of ten occupants. Two passengers in the front and eight in the back. Recently the brotherhood has outfitted the truck with threads, making traversing through rough terrain easier than before. The maximum speed of the war truck is 40 KpH on a plat area. Currently the Outcast only has one truck. However they are in the process of refurbishing a second one.
War Rig The mobile operations headquarter of the Outcast. The war rig has the same engine as the war truck but it carries an armored trailer on the back. The trailer carries the command unit of the Outcast as well as scavenging a repair eqiupment they might need on the field. Like the war truck, the war rig has a maximum speed of 40 KpH on flat terrain. Currently Paladin Maybelle Moran has the exclusive rights to use the war rig. The Outcast also has equipment to produce firearms ammunition as well as recharge ports for the different battery cells used by their energy weapons. The Outcast has been known to trade firearms ammunition for advance tech with outsiders.
Technology: The Outcast is perhaps one of the most technologically advanced factions in the Wasteland. The Brotherhood makes extensive use of power armor and energy weapons. However the Outcast, like Lyon’s loyalist, have been known to use conventional firearms and explosives if needed. Their most advance piece of machinery is their recharge ports that allows them to recharge power cells and their archival data that they have stored in computers. Military: The current numbers of the Outcast is 200 strong, including their children, elderly and disabled personnel. The small number of the Outcast was forced on them by their doctrine of exclusivity. However to make up for their lack of numbers, the Outcast makes use of robots such as robo-brains and sentry bots. The Outcast, like their former Citadel counterparts, have a strict hierarchy similar to the pre-war United States military. The Chains that Bind is an official set of instructions for the ranking system of the Brotherhood. The Outcast has changed the names of this ranks to differ themselves from Lyon’s loyalist. This ranks are:

Elder - One of the member’s of the Brotherhood's ruling council. The position of Elder is one of the most difficult positions to earn, requiring long term service and dedication to the Brotherhood that goes far beyond what is asked of them. They must show that it is in their character to lead and make wise decisions based on critical examination of information. The death of Lyons made the role vacant for the east coast chapter until Casdin declared himself the new elder. However none of the other Elders in the west have sponsored or acknowledged his self-promotion. Mostly because of difficulty communicating with the brotherhood’s main headquarters in Lost Hills. A majority of Lyon’s loyalist also reject Casdin’s position as Elder because of their long standing feud.
Protector - Known as Paladins to the rest of the brotherhood, Protectors are a class of Knights in the Brotherhood of Steel. Protectors appointed to lead squads of Defenders in and out of any situation. If not assigned to lead a Defender squad, Protectors are expected to carry on their duties as usual and take the initiative and take charge when necessary.
Defender - Known as Knights to the rest of the Brotherhood, Defenders are the mainline fighting force of the Brotherhood. After prolonged service and experience, the greatest and best of the Defenders are issued the title of Protector, the pinnacle of the Brotherhood military.
Specialist - Known to the rest of the Brotherhood as Scribes, Specialist are tasked with creating and keeping records of the technology used by the Brotherhood as well as other logistical operations, such as weapons and armor maintenance. The attitude of many Specialist in the Brotherhood can be described as techno-centric. While a great number study history and culture, the majority of Specialist focus their studies on subjects related to the acquisition, repair, or creation of technology.
Courtier - Known to the rest of the Brotherhood as Squires, the Courtier is a title given to Initiates after the completion of basic training. Courtiers are soon assigned tasks to prove their worth to the Brotherhood.
Initiate - Initiates are members who are undergoing basic training. Initiates receive training in the use of weapons and in combat.

[@Cifeiron] Just got finished making my sheet. Tell me what yah think.
