Rather than being alerting them to the druggie getting too close to the secret entrance, this time it is alerting them to Purifier activity in the area above the Playground (it is an underground bunker essentially). Purifiers are considered terrorists by S.H.I.E.L.D. - think White Nationalists with guns and an aggressive hate towards mutants. Skills: N/A
Novikova nodded confirmation. She wanted to explain to Maria everything, but she was worried they had already said too much on base. Both of their suits were causing them to blend into the background, making it hard but not impossible to see their movements. "Come on," she said quietly. Maria would be able to see the vague outline of Novikova in front of her, allowing her to follow her fellow agent as long as she kept her eyes focused. Fortunately, Technology was right next to one of the quick exits out of the Playground. Its classified location? Downtown Washington D.C. To be explicit, Novikova and Maria would find themselves near Farragut Square. The homeless druggie that they had seen on the cameras had happened to go a bit too close to the secret entrance to the Playground here, disguised in a nearby alleyway. Scanning the way, Novikova glanced around before motioning for Maria to continue to follow her, as slight flicker of her hand being visible despite the camouflage. "Once we're a few blocks away, I can get a burner and we can use it to contact Pym," Novikova explained. They'd also want to find somewhere away from base with a bit of privacy to change out of these suits. In the park, however, there was a bit of a disturbance. There were a handful of men, wearing black t-shirts with a large white cross on them. Novikova hesitated for a moment. These were the Purifiers. They had become a problem lately, enough that S.H.I.E.L.D. was trying to assemble an adequate response team. A lot of ex-O.M.E.N. agents had joined their ranks. The main problem was that the Purifiers were already busy engaging with a handful of groups - one of which was only known as the Hellfire Club. Von Bardas had been supplying weapons to the Hellfire Club and there was worry that the warfare would turn deadly. "Shit, Purifiers," Novikova whispered.

Bonnie Chase

Location: The Playground - Bio-Engineering and Research Skills: N/A
Bonnie bit her lip slightly, but the slight hesitation at the idea of Flynn wanting to take her back to his bedroom already was gone as he kissed her again. She preferred making out with him here in the lab, at least for the moment. It helped to give her the sense that things wouldn't go too far too soon. She felt so warm and happy, until she heard Tempest's voice over the intercom. It shattered the fantasy, but also reminded her that James was supposed to have been the last person she kissed. She had been married. Bonnie pulled away from Flynn, a bit of stray hair falling in her face as she took a deep breath. After her husband died, she had hit rock bottom and then some. S.H.I.E.L.D. had gotten her the psychiatric help she needed, spending a few months in the hospital before she was able to return to work. And even though it had been years since she lost her husband, it didn't make it any easier. Tempest's question had brought that all to the surface and she had to take a few more deep breaths, trying not to look at Flynn's chest. The lab coat's buttons were straining a bit to contain his muscles. "I...I'm sorry, I can't do this," Bonnie told Flynn, tearing up a bit. "It's uh, it's not you it's just that... Well I was married a-and he was an agent too and he died," she explained, not knowing how much Flynn knew about James. "I'll um... I'll get back to finding a material for a shirt for you."

Raynor Blake

Location: the Quantum Realm Skills: N/A
"I'm good enough to protect your ass," Raynor muttered, coughing a bit again as he continued to run as fast as he could, dragging Sparky along with him. There was a huge danger when it came to getting separated in the Quantum Realm - the odds of finding one another again were almost incalculable. He didn't care too much if they were separated from the Wasp during this attempt to survive the spider swarm. He just needed to make sure that Sparky was okay. And if he died... Well, then at least she would still be alive. "We can't keep this up much longer," the Wasp gasped. The spiders were rapidly gaining on them. They'd have a choice to make - split up in an attempt to draw them off of two of them, meaning one of them would die, or stand and fight and potentially all die together. "You two go ahead, I'll keep them on me," the Wasp said sternly, sounding like a mother ordering her children. "Damn it... Janet, no, you have your daughter to think of!" Raynor pointed out. "We'll stand together," he decided, but he was going to have Sparky more or less hide behind him. He knew that she would be useless when it came to fighting off spiders anyways. He took a moment's breath and glanced up, wondering if his family could hear him. "Thor, Odin's Son... My uncle... Lend me your strength," Raynor prayed under his breath.
