Okay, couple of things to point out:

1. I'm going to have to ask you to downgrade your Bone Rod III to Bone Rod I and switch your armor over to the [url=https://mhgu.kiranico.com/armor/454d5]Generations Ultimate Leather set[/url] (with 5 more points in Gathering), assuming you want to stick with the Leather set. MHW did a lot of stat inflating with armors compared to older games, and it also messed with the skill system(for worse, IMO). Speaking of which...

2. For "Active Skills", I'm actually asking for the skills that the armor set you currently have equipped has activated. In case World was your first MH, here's a quick run-down on how skills in pre-World titles work:
-Each piece of armor gives you a certain amount of points in one or more skill trees
-Once you have 10 or more points in a certain skill tree, the skill associated with that particular tree will activate
-Some skill trees have different tiers of a particular skill; the next tier is usually reached by investing another 5 points in that tree
-Some skill trees have negative skills, which trigger in the same way, only with negative point investments instead of positive ones
-If you don't have at least 10 positive or negative points invested in a skill tree, the associated skill won't activate
Hope that all makes sense. It's not as complicated as you'd think, but if you're still in the dark, I'd be more than happy to help you. :)

3. Much less important of a change I'm asking for here, but if you could please add another paragraph or at least a few more lines of writing to your biography section, I'd appreciate it. Also, if you'd like, see if you can't add a proper write-up for your character's personality section aside from just the adjectives and whatnot. I don't want your character to be half a blank slate; get creative!

If that doesn't change your mind about joining in, I'll be looking forward to seeing your character sheet after you make the changes I requested. ^^
