Velvet white wings spread as far as the young girl could do so before a sharp flap propelled her into the air, high past the tallest of building within the Suttlings Basin. Thanks to the two bows on either side of her head, Eiko didn't have to worry much about the wind ruthlessly sweeping through the chestnut locks. She was dressed to impress, emulating Hoshi the Star Spirit, as she was due to attend a few events around the city; one of which involving a prayer for the odd events that have been taking place the last week or so. There was a schedule, one that Eiko had already memorized, but seeing as most of the day would involve her running around from place to place to bestow her blessings, utilizing any kind of free time was the current goal.

Smiling widely as she arrived just over top the temples and churches she was familiar enough with to call home, the emerald eyed girl dove down so that she was bit closer to the ground. She was immediately greeted by those she passed with a brief gust of wind following her. 
[color=rosybrown][b]"Hi! Hello! Oh, I'll see you in a few hours Miss!"[/b][/color] Eiko called, waving politely and practically brimming with light. It was only when she caught sight of a flash of white, purple, and gold that the dove demi-human slowed and came to a stop right in front of it...or rather him. [color=rosybrown][b]"Charna, long time no see!"[/b][/color]

The [url=https://i.pinimg.com/564x/56/4b/47/564b47fed627eab03e3b9d2d6affff67.jpg]boy[/url] looked down at the smaller girl with a curious glint in his eyes.
[color=plum][b]"Indeed, I'm just as busy as you tend to be, Eiko."[/b][/color] Resting one hand on his hip and the other over the hilt of his weapon, Charna let out a tired sigh, which only made Eiko pout at first. [color=plum][b]"What?"[/b][/color]
[color=rosybrown][b]"But you're always busy. I haven't seen you in like forever! It must be a new record at this point!"[/b][/color] Eiko stressed, her wings spreading a bit more to prove her point. 
[color=plum][b]"Well, unlike some people who can find a job in the city mostly because of their looks, I have no choice but to broaden my horizons. Trust me on this."[/b][/color] Charna sighed after his slightly harsh words reaching out to pinch the brunette's nose just before she had a chance to retaliate. The girl flailed and panicked a bit as she tried to get her nose free, but alas, Charna's grip was stronger than ever before. Having given up at this point, Eiko let out a nasally huff before shooting the other a curious glance.

[color=rosybrown][b]"Then what [i]are[/i] you doing here? Did you end up getting stationed here or something?"[/b][/color] She questioned, taking a deep breath once her nose was freed. the silverette nodded in response.
[color=plum][b]"Yep, I was actually heading back to our rendezvous point before you came along."[/b][/color]
[color=rosybrown][b]"O-Oh, I'm keeping you up? Sorry, you should have said something sooner, Char. We could always talk later."[/b][/color] This seemed to bring a smile to the boy's lips.
[color=plum][b]"No, it's quite alright. I'd rather talk with you then sit around and listen to boring lectures for the next hour. But I do need to go before they decide to lower my pay or something like that. Since I'll be in town for a while, how about we meet up again and have and actual conversation, sound good?"[/b][/color]
[color=rosybrown][b]"Of course, that sounds awesome! Whenever you're free just come to the the usual place, okay?"[/b][/color]
[color=plum][b]"Sure, consider it a date."[/b][/color] He grinned before patted the shorter girl's head and continuing down the direction he was originally walking in. [color=plum][b]"Until then, Star Spirit Hoshi."[/b][/color] Charna mocked before fully taking his leave.

[color=rosybrown][b]"He's such a weirdo..."[/b][/color] She giggled before getting a running start and taking off to the skies once again, her destination now being the Golden Quarter.
