[u]Build:[/u] Kirigami is thin and only with a little muscle on his form. His hands are surprisingly hard and calloused for his rather boyish appearance otherwise. He often covers his hands up with gloves when not working... which is most times. The most notable thing about Kirigami is his hair, which from a distance looks normal, but when examined closely is actually a semi-liquid blob of a strange gel. This gel is naturally grey, but Kirigami carries a bottle of paint around to keep it green when not making use of his quirk. Kirigami's face is exaggerated in typically masculine features, such as a square jaw and a powerful brow, and closer inspection reveals the use of his quirk is to blame.

[u]Quirk:[/u] [b]Bio-Cement[/b]

The hair follicles on Kirigami's scalp have been replaced by glands that produce a jello-like substance, which he can expel consciously. This substance hardens quickly, is air-permeable, melts back to its original state if met with a force it cannot withstand, and is as hard as concrete. The substance can be used either as a glue or as a construction material in its own right. The substance will not solidify so long as it is in contact with Kirigami's scalp, no matter how long he lets it grow.

[u]Description:[/u] Yokohama Kirigami is a forceful personality, but not in an aggressive or angry way, in fact, Kirigami is never angry, but he is self-confident. Kirigami never seems to be put on the back-foot by anything, he always has something to say no matter the situation, and most of what he says is self-praise. Kirigami [i]is[/i] exceptionally talented, and he knows it. He can dance exceptionally, his room is full of sculptures, and he possesses a unique singing voice, with a range from falsetto to tenor, that's not even getting into his wealthy parentage, who got him into the school through recommendation. Kirigami, for all his talent, and all his wealth, has no friends. There's a pretty clear reason for that; Kirigami's a douchebag. He treats girls as trophies and boys as below him, and he seems to revel in ignoring people's advice/instructions. He always tries to seize center stage, and he doesn't care who he offends.
