They do not appear immune to the attack, or even particularly resistant [@The Harbinger of Ferocity]. It is more like shrugging off a weak hit.

Besides, as far as description guidelines go, things start bleeding at around half HP, so no, no blood is visible yet. The arrow sure is embedded in the creature though.
