Here are my two dumps of a previous RP -- just want a heads up on whether these are okay, or if I should alter them. He prefers to wear black wifebeaters with his flak vest over it, with skin tight gloves that reach all the way up to his biceps. It leaves just a tiny bit of his shoulder uncovered. Similarly his gloves have finger cutouts so he can still use his feeling senses to work. Not like Shinobi are known for their understanding of fingerprints anyway, so it's not like he has to worry about leaving fingerprints during his work.

He wears the standard shinobi slacks with shinobi footwear. It's standard issue and thus, standard wear for him. During his freetime he slips into something more casual like a sweater and slacks, but overall he doesn't really find himself pre-occupied with fashion.

On the other hand he takes good care of his body - not just in terms of fitness, but also in less direct ways. Combing his hair, washing it, all that stuff is something Sakana (and the entire Uragiri clan for that matter) takes great care and pride in. Something interesting for you to know, I suppose.[/indent][/indent]

[indent][color=gray]▸[/color]	[b]History:[/b][indent]Sakana was born in Amegakure and immediately enrolled in the Shinobi Academy once he came of age to do so -- his father being a teacher at the academy (well loved by children for his strange, but cool appearance) and his mother being part of the border-guard units, it seemed like a logical step to enroll him. The Uragiri clan itself was a clan that was only partially shinobi in nature, and who were largely shunned in 'regular' life due to their uncanny appearances, but when it was time to enter war they were suddenly well liked due to their populous clan that could provide large amounts of shinobi, despite their otherwise high percentage of civilian members.

The Uragiri had no problems integrating into Amegakure at it's creation despite their strange appearances, and were accepted as hard working clansmen who were willing to do any job they were handed - they were always an industrious people specializing in forestry and farming, but seemed to be almost natural craftsmen too, and it wasn't long before the Uragiri had built up a quarter of their own complete with a clan house where they performed all sorts of menial tasks for the benefit of Amegakure as a whole.

The shinobi underwent a similar process, falling in line quickly and becoming a part of the shinobi forces, although their initial numbers meant they made a mediocre addition at best. They were not exactly famous for their skill either, excelling only at averageness it seemed. Luckily or unluckily for Sakana, depending on your viewpoints, he was raised as a shinobi by his parents, both of whom were jonins at some point in time, and who drilled him rather hard for Uragiri standards. No, this isn't the story of a genius coming to birth by his parents forcing him to use kunais at the age of three. They were still loving parents and did their best - they just trained him really hard as well. 

Partially that was because Sakana had a natural drive to improve. He was a natural at being a shinobi too and in the academy did rather well for himself, finishing in the top 10%. As a genin he did standard genin jobs for that time and saw some action, and was promoted to chunin after an incident in which he was forced to take over a leadership role after their jonin had been caught in a particularly nasty genjutsu. Although the mission failed and the targets got away with the loot, Sakana was praised for getting the jonin out of there and preventing the genjutsu from taking hold on his team. Not a particularly heroic story all things considered, but all in all a decent reason for promotion.

During the intermission between his promotion to chunin, and his sure-to-follow jonin promotion, he met a wise man who was travelling through Amegakure while visiting shrines. As Amegakure was home to the Children of the Prophesy some 150 or so years earlier, it seemed like a natural place to stop and rest for the journey. While the man was there Sakana learned the true story of the Sage of the Six Paths and began forming his own theory on his life, death and fate was decided. The Sage was looking over everyone but not everyone was given the same degree of skill at birth, and not everyone progressed at the same rate despite hard training and work. That had to mean something.

Two years later, he was finally enrolled for the jonin exams, which were sure to provide him with yet another milestone in life. He didn't worry about it, saying only that fate had been sealed and not even the greatest forces in the world could move it now. If he was destined to be a jonin, it would be so. The Uragiri clan is relatively unknown, even in Amegakure. They provide mostly standard civilians in Amegakure who work in the industrial plants creating metal and tools. They all stand out, however, due to the black and yellow eyes that run in their family - any Uragiri clan member is recognizable by their eyes. This trait, while genetic, can be recessive and there are very few Uragiri clan members who do not have these eyes - but they do exist. In such a case the clan members can be identified by their clan icon, which is a set of black and white koi circling each other. The image is fitting, given that their eyes give them a somewhat fishy appearance.

The clan is primarily (90%) just pure civilians that mostly work in shops or the industry. The remaining 10% are shinobi, like Sakana. And, while they are good at what they do, they are typically not very well renowned - not because nobody likes them or so, but just because they are pretty average all together. For that, Sakana is pretty much the one exception. In doing so, he has also become the clans' pride, more or less. That in and of itself isn't saying much, because even being above-average would make you a point of pride in the Uragiri clan.[/indent]

[indent][color=green]✓[/color]	[b]Brave.[/b][indent][i]Sakana's over-reliance on fate to guide him means that he is brave to the point of stupidity, often jumping in and relying on his innate abilities to see him through. This is not to say he is without tactic or strategy, more so than that once he has made a plan, he will put his 100% into that plan, and see it through no matter what.[/i][/indent][color=red]✗[/color]	[b]Reckless.[/b][indent][i]Easily perceived as a more fitting word for 'stupid bravery,' Sakana can be rather reckless in his pursuit of success and doesn't shy away from injury (or death if need be) to achieve his goals.[/i][/indent][color=green]✓[/color]	[b]Straight forward[/b][indent][i]Sakana isn't one to be subtle in what he means or thinks and will bluntly state what he believes, allowing him to transfer his ideas easily and without much hassle in trying to cushion things or beat around the bush.[/i][/indent][color=red]✗[/color]	[b]Rude[/b][indent][i]The same straight-forwardness also means that at time he can say things that are perceived as rude, mean or both, which is not really an ideal quality for a sensei that is meant to usher in the next age of shinobi.[/i][/indent][color=green]✓[/color]	[b]Hard-working[/b][indent][i]Fate is not an excuse to cease working, as Sakana understands that being a hard worker is also a part of faith. He has the mentality of 'I take what is mine, and then I take some more' when he is allowed to -- rummaging through dead shinobi's pockets for trinkets and other goods isn't uncommon to him. Not entirely negative (if he killed something, he deserves the spoils.. right?) it does leave a sort of stain on his reputation -- if he were ever to become better known internationally, they would no doubt frown at this habit.[/i][/indent][color=green]✓[/color]	[b]Decisive[/b][indent][i]Not someone to toil a decision more than a few seconds in a heated moment, he is not one to get hung up on emotions -- fate takes care of that for him -- and thus he can be very decisive when he needs to be. Cutting a man's throat is not something that is hard to him and though he is not a bloodthirsty shinobi gone mad with bloodlust, he is certainly not a very emotional person.[/i][/indent][color=red]✗[/color]	[b]Unempathetic[/b][indent][i]He would sooner kick a student of his in the ribs when they're down to teach them that combat (and life) isn't fair, than help them back up and tell them 'good job' even if they lost.[/i][/indent][/indent]

[color=gray]▸[/color]	[b]Motivations:[/b][indent]Sakana's motives are linked closely to the following 5 things: fate, fame and glory, respect, godhood. Despite his belief in fate (and the uncontrollable nature of it) he believes that he is destined for great things and is worthy of fame, respect and glory, and has worked hard to obtain it. A secret, but very present motive is that Sakana aspires to achieve 'shinobi godhood' and to surpass even those legendary shinobi like the sannin -- to be as great as Uzumaki Nagato, Uzumaki Naruto, Uchiha Sasuke, Uchiha Madara and all their peers.[/indent]

There really isn't much to it - it doesn't kill, damage, or harm you, it just traps you inside the dome. That's bad, right?[/indent]

Through a hole in the top of the dome that briefly opens at the command of the user, the user then spews water into the 'soup bowl' until it's full of water. Congratulations, you'll now be drowning![/indent]
[color=gray]▸[/color]	[b]Weaknesses:[/b][indent]Since this is a suiton jutsu, you could possibly use wind to create a bubble of air for yourself to breathe, though it's not drowning you need to worry about. At this stage of the combo it becomes more or less impossible to use electricity to free yourself from the dome as you'd electrocute yourself. Unless you're willing to risk that. Sheer force would still be enough to break free, but since water slows down movement, it'd likely have to come from the outside.

Using the Katon nature, the user lights a fire underneath the earthen soup bowl/dome that they created, beginning to boil it at an alarming and dangerous rate for whomever is inside. Drown in the soup made of your own body! Muahaha! Ahem. There is no real defence for this step, if you are trapped.[/indent]
[color=gray]▸[/color]	[b]Weaknesses:[/b][indent]For outsiders it's possible to blow out the fire using wind jutsu, to quench it with a water jutsu, or to simply free those in the bowl with force. These seals contain fire jutsu up to the B rank [url=http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Fire_Release:_Great_Fire_Annihilation]Katon: Gōka Mekkyaku[/url] (can contain smaller ones like the regular [url=http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Fire_Release:_Great_Fireball_Technique]Gōkakyū no Jutsu[/url]). Due to the small size of the seals, the jutsu are not quite as large as your average great fire annihilation, but the flames burn just as hot.

The technique is easily hidden and it'd require some real good eyesight to see these seals. Similarly, because the jutsu uses a standard jutsu, it is not quite apparent that they're using sealing to be used, and it's easy to mistake these for a jutsu being used without handseals. As such, finding out that seals are used in this technique will be extremely hard for anyone that doesn't have specifically good eyesight. The seals are activated by flowing jutsu to them to 'unfurl' them, and then allows the user to spew out the technique.

This technique will likely catch the opponent off guard -- which is what the difficulty is. Adequate response is still possible. Water also works well.[/indent][/indent]

[indent][color=gray]▸[/color]	[b]History:[/b][indent]Sadako doesn't know much about her early childhood -- presumably she was born within the borders of the Amegakure territory, but she certainly wasn't from the city itself as she recalls living in a forested rural area where they had rice paddies. She remembers that she had parents -- but either she has forgotten their faces, or the memory of their faces have been beaten out of her by the shinobi employment services -- otherwise known as the orphanage. Unlike the other orphans, Sadako wasn't really an orphan, but rather she was given up by her parents, and while they didn't exactly 'sell her', they did receive reimbursements financially for offering their daughter to the Armed Shinobi Forces of the Village hidden in the Rain. Think of it as early conscription. 

This means that she is not exactly a broken child -- quite the opposite, because despite the treatment she's received in the orphanage, she did well overall and thus was mostly exempt from harsh punishment, so in all fairness she likely suffered the same amount as any other shinobi kid who was forced to train by their parents. 

This would normally be a good thing -- not being broken, that is.

But it left her without an identity -- she had no clan she could claim descendancy to, because she didn't know her parents and was given an entirely new name by the orphanage. She had no sob-story she could hold on to, simply because, well, she didn't have a shitty life. She didn't feel inclined to be a social butterfly, and had an average amount of friends -- so she couldn't create her identity around being friends with everyone. Rather than accept it, she tried to overcompensate by standing out even more. 

Regular training went over well, and it was around her tenth that she managed to unlock what could not reasonably be called a kekkei genkai, but wasn't exactly a hiden either. The innate ability to create chakra rods had always been linked directly to the Rinnegan, though it should've been expected that the process was something that could be replicated otherwise. Once this ability was discovered in her it was expected the Arekuruu would come to take her away -- except that didn't happen. She was considered far too average and lacked the large amount of fast progress that was usually required. Unknown to her, she was discarded almost immediately, and was simply perceived to have a future in the regular forces of Amegakure.

Once she entered the regular academy, training there alongside her training in the orphanage, she began to make more friends with regular people from clans and the likes -- she wasn't a girl that was overly present socially, but she was far from shy, preferring to hang out with her friendgroup instead. Studious and eager to prove herself as a shinobi, she performed well, and finished in the top 30% of the class, which is well above average, but not good enough to be noted by anyone special.[/indent]

Beyond this, the material is conductive to chakra and has the capability to disrupt chakra of those that get stabbed by the weapon, disrupting their ability to flow chakra to the area in question and, if used in several body parts, supressing chakra to such a degree that no chakra flow away from the reserves are possible at all.

Contrary to that, the user is capable of sending chakra to these rods remotely, allowing them to perform numerous jutsu this way.[/indent]

The more chakra receivers are impaled in the enemy, the stronger the effects and, because of this, the more warped certain senses get (hearing goes from scrambled but audible hearing to straight up hearing different sentences, for example). If this effect is great enough, one may even induce vomiting from pure sensory overloard and confusion.[/indent]

It has the capability to carry two people in it's mouth if they're standing, and three if they're sitting down. Sadako, however, mostly rides him on his head. The salamander is seemingly not very intelligent -- incapable of speech -- but seems to understand what is expected of it, like a well-trained attack dog. 

It's speed is easily underestimated and while it isn't as fast as a hounddog or another animal, it can rack up a decent top speed if given a distance to reach higher speeds. This changes in the water -- it's easily one of the fastest creatures in the world when it's in the water.

It's abilities are mostly just the spewing of water at a very high pressure, enabling him to shoot people away. Similarly, it can use it's tail to smash people around, which would normally not be so scary, except the salamander has the ability to harder it's tail, giving it a much bigger 'oomph' than otherwise expected. 

Lastly, it seems to heal itself through the use of water -- drawing it in through it's skin, making it a perfect animal in rainy or wet areas like Kirigakure or Amegakure, but it suffers greatly when it comes to much more dry areas like Sunagakure. [/indent][/indent][/indent][/hider]
