[@Black Alice] On note one, that is part of the reason I said I wanted the GM's to look at the concept, and as for note two, I don't see it stated anywhere that they are [i]only[/i] Uchiha techniques, just that they are used by them. Fire techniques aren't exactly a hiden, you know?

EDIT: so to clarify, I'm not applying to the rain, I just literally copy pasted my characters over from a previous RP so that I can get cleared on their concept/jutsu's before I put work into changing them to fit this RP.
