Moving forward, if a character was not in your sheet when accepted, is not represented in the IC by one of your posts and doesn't fall under your character's jurisdiction, it needs to be publicly stated that you are intending to use them. If a player applies with a completed sheet before one of these criteria are met, then you lose claim to that character.
