I jumped on this a day or so ago. I have a running list of NPCs and villains I intend to use (or at least reference) within this first "season" within the character notes section, either in modern day or in flashbacks. Three of these "villains" are modified, obscure heroes within the Marvel canon that shouldn't conflict much with anything anyone could plan up.
