Honestly, you can compile the hawk vision thing by making it a mystic eye Kekkei Genkai. A lot of stuff seems supplementary, so you can mess around with it.

You've got options, since your character clearly has a strong theme tied to him.

I'd say find a strong theme, and 8-12 jutsu would be good. If you end up figuring out more, as long as they work well with your theme it's probably good.
