Please make your characters age a little older. Since, Genin tend to be older then academy students. Your family name and bloodline are accepted. 
The Sharingan is accepted. Being a new Genin I can understand he might only know basic jutsu (Academy level). Accepted move to character tab.

[@Experiment 249] Define what nature chakra your Chuunin is proficient in and proficient since Jounin have a hard time being mastery of two or more.

You also have 8 jutsu’s but only 4 links to jutsus.
Can you remove the Water Release: Shocker because you don’t have ice (so, it doesn’t work) and can you possibly try and re-describe Earth Release: Bounce? 
After you fix all these things you can move your character to the character tab.
