The other woman responded in a way that surprised Alicia. The compliment completely caught her off guard and she found herself blushing. M-me...? I'm nothing more than average, really... She even stammered in her thoughts as she attempted to come up with a response to such a novel way of responding to her entry into the scene and found no luck in responding, but thankfully she was saved when the girl continued on with the conversation. "I believe so, but I am not quite sure if it is a good or a bad thing." Alicia nodded, letting the surprise of the elegant woman's former words fade away. "I guess I'm a bit more decided on the subject, then..." Unconsciously, she glanced away, somewhat out of shame when she considered the other's feelings. When she looked back, however, it seemed that she payed no mind to the quip, as she was smiling at her. "I am Evangeline." The woman spoke with a soft, gentle tone as she introduced herself and Alicia responded in kind. "Endless. Though, I prefer Alicia. It's prettier, you know?" She had to keep herself from saluting the woman, an annoying habit she had picked up after someone had mentioned upon introduction that she was cute when she saluted. Though it was only a few months ago, it felt like ages. Instead, she just smiled in return before continuing the conversation. "How long have you been here? This world, I mean. I think I've been here for a week now." Alicia looked around the area. As she expected from a place with such an ornate exterior, the atrium was lavishly decorated with various flowers and green-life. Even at the high altitude, Alicia could hear birds chirping in the garden and the fountain had a steady sound of streaming water emanating from it. A few different varieties of fish swam within its clear water, giving an impression of watching a living rainbow. Suddenly, Alicia realized that there was an essential question that she must ask if she were to get anywhere in this world. She hesitated somewhat before asking it, however, wondering if it was a not too much of a nosy question to be asking. However, considering the situation, it was most likely an inevitable question, so she pushed it out. "Hey, since we're all deities, or something like that, in this place, who are you? If you know, that is. A-and, of course, if it's not too bothersome of a question." Alicia stammered somewhat as she gave a justification for her question, but she figured shortly afterward that this Evangeline seemed to be not the kind to be bothered by such a question. Awaiting her response, Alicia decided to look over her features. She had what looked to be a sapphire on her forehead and comely features. To her own jealousy, Evangeline also wasn't at all lacking in curves, unlike herself. As she realized this, her spirits dropped ever so slightly, but she made a particular effort of keeping her amiable expression while she patiently awaited her new acquaintance's response.
