[indent]Tyrant nineteen, or Clementine as she calls herself, is a short (5'2ft), dark-skinned woman. She's not like your regular girls: because she's a genetically engineered woman to be the perfect fighting machine. She was put together of all the best genes of Nomads they could find; living or dead. And her creators were a bit... perverted; so they designed her to be the sexiest thing possible as well. With a rather ample (as in ridiculously large) chest and butt and a pretty face to boot. The girl has striking purple eyes and keeps her hair short, like a pixie cut. The woman that Clementine was largely designed after was African-American, so that's what she calls herself.[/indent]

[indent]Many Nomads were born to a happy family and had a great start in life before getting ki or something and becoming a badass.

Clementine was not one of them.

You see, the illusive MIRAGE organization is after the protection of Earth against all extraterrestrial threats, and they are developing means of doing so. Even if they have to step on the people of Earth to do so, they will protect this planet. In their attempts to protect the earth, they sought out various technologies, from things like a ki-generating machine to cloning tubes, and so on. Eventually, the Pariah, the leader of MIRAGE, was able to gather a team of willing scientists and start the TYRANT program. The first part of the TYRANT program was gathering information on various fighters, and their moves, compiling a database of their fighting style and cherry picking the best ones. The second half of the TYRANT program was creating an army of perfect fighters with DNA recovered from their brawls and other activities. They created various fighters, male and female, in their attempt to breed an army powerful enough to protect the earth from invaders.

Their attempts didn't start off too well, but eventually, they created the TYRANT series and everything was going as planned... Until Tyrant nineteen came around. She would have been a normal TYRANT, a soulless killing machine like her masters intended, but oddly enough she could [i]feel[/i] where the others couldn't - She could think thoughts that were troubling to her. During all the training exercises; she could feel nothing but remorse and wonder what is she, and what is she even aiming towards. Maybe she was made slightly differently than the other TYRANTS but she soon learned one.

One of the scientists on the TYRANT program, Miranda, decided to defect from MIRAGE after seeing how crazy the Pariah had become. When TYRANT-19 came around, she programmed the model with free will in an attempt to create something capable of stopping the Pariah. She approached her creation, and told her everything and TYRANT-19 was confused as to everything but finally understood. The two planned a great escape in secret so they both could be free of MIRAGE and the Pariah. When the time came they tried to escape and were confronted with the Pariah's top enforcer, Violet.

TYRANT-19 and Violet engaged in combat so vicious that it destroyed the lab, but TYRANT-19 was on the losing end of things. When Violet was about to deliver the death blow, Miranda hit her outside the head with a chair and that was enough for TYRANT-19 to escape... but Miranda was caught by Violet and electrocuted to death by the psychopath. 

TYRANT-19, on her own, was unsure of what to even do with herself. She had a ton of knowledge and information about fighting but nowhere to apply it. She was pursued across the globe by Violet, Abel, and various other Nomads affiliated with MIRAGE as a bounty was placed on her head. The artificial human fled all over the world and survived barely off tournaments and the kindness of strangers. Though TYRANT-19 wondered why she fought but one day she came across a girl who helped open her eyes. She helped TYRANT-19 pick her name as she named herself after the girl, and what was that name?

[indent]Clementine has no fighting style of her own, and the fighting style that she uses is a mixture of hundreds of different fighting styles blended together to create the "perfect" martial art. She is apart of the TYRANT program and she has knowledge of various fighting styles downloaded into her brain. She can utilize moves used by other Nomads via a specialized ki manipulation ability, and, after observing them enough; can learn new moves. She can use her ki to create weapons, and can even create functional guns. She can create anything that she is trained to create which is generally staffs, pistols, swords, etc. Her favorite is the staff.[/indent]

[indent]A move copied from Margot Coudray, Clementine creates two rapiers and uses them to engage in rapid slashes.[/indent][/indent]

[indent][u]■   Double-Tap (Otsana)[/u]
[indent]Clementine creates a pistol out of ki and fires it a few times at the enemy.[/indent][/indent]

[indent][u]■   Lightning-Kick (Rod)[/u]
[indent]Copying Rod Lightning, she charges her leg up with electric ki before striking them with it.[/indent][/indent]

[indent][u]■   Magnetise (Rod)[/u]
[indent]Another move from Rod where she magnetizes herself and her opponent and brings the two of them together.[/indent][/indent]

[indent][u]■   Burning Blue Kick (Jill)[/u]
[indent]A favorite move of Clementine that she borrowed from Jill; she launches herself towards the enemy in a mighty flying kick. Unfortunately, she doesn't have a bike or EX seeds so she is unable to utilize them.[/indent][/indent]

[indent][u]■   Mountain-Breaker (Yoko)[/u]
[indent]Creating a staff out of orange ki, Clementine stabs her opponent violently several times.[/indent][/indent]

[indent][u]■   Sharpshooter (Gabriel)[/u]
[indent]Forming a finger gun, like Gabriel, she charges up a blast of ki that causes massive damage.[/indent][/indent]

[indent][u]■   Patriotic Pummeling (Gabriel)[/u]
[indent]Mimicking that move, Clementine unleashes a flurry of blows at the opponent Star Platinum style.[/indent][/indent]

[indent] [u]■   United Smash of America (Gabriel)[/u]
[indent]After making an innuendo about "Smashing", Clementine steals the energy of everyone in America and she also steals the three valors. She rushes the opponent super fast and punches them... and instead of the colors of the United States coming out; they come out black and white.[/indent][/indent]


[color=orangered][u][b]WEAKNESSES & LIMITS          [/b][/u][/color]
[indent]Now, Clementine is probably the most versatile fighter in the entire cast, capable of doing practically everything. However, it comes at a cost; it's a poor man's imitation of these moves. Thus, they aren't as effective or as powerful as the original. So naturally, her damage is a lot lower than average and the same with her defense and stamina pool.[/indent]
