It'll be mostly grounded in terms of the world around you with the occasional cyborg or mutant (like Blanka) or sorcerer coming out of the woodworks once in a while. That's just the world, however, as the players are welcome to go just about as balls to the wall as they like. Basically, all kinds of wacky and over the top things [i]exist[/i] in the world, and they're [i]known[/i] to exist, but they're rare/uncommon enough that at a glance it looks the same as our own world.
