	[color=935DB8]"Sapphire - you okay?"[/color] Veil asked, squinting as she tried to clearly see her friend. The black eyes weren't helping. At least they were being held in a cell together - that much was a positive. Two trays of food had been shoved in under the door a little bit before Sapphire returned, the food largely looking like mush. 

	[color=A4FFFC]"I'm fine... Managed to get my one phone call before being beaten to a pulp, so that was fun..."[/color]

	[color=935DB8]"Hey, at least you got a phone call... Come on, there's mush for dinner."[/color]

	[color=A4FFFC]"Yeah, no way in hell I'm eating that crap, it's worse than what we usually have by a lot."[/color]

	Veil laughed slightly, but it was painful to even chuckle. She started poking around the food on the tray, before she pulled out a tiny piece of glass. [color=935DB8]"Ground up glass in the food... Nice."[/color]

	[color=A4FFFC]"Like I said, it is hazardous to your health, so no way in hell am I even touching it."[/color]

	Pushing a bit of her hair out of her eyes, Veil nodded. She stacked the trays and left them by the door so that way the guards could collect them. [color=935DB8]"What did they ask you about?"[/color] she couldn't help but ask. [color=935DB8]"Or well... I didn't get a lot of questions. Mostly a lot of blows."[/color]

	[color=A4FFFC]"Not much really, aside from basically them knocking me out cold before being dragged and waking up in interrogation... Though I will say this, the woman seemed really interested in learning about you, I didn't say anything of course, bit of annoyance when the woman basically said I was arrested by OMEN because of helping with the Underground, which I did deny and turned things around, pointing out the facts that OMEN basically kidnapped people anyway."[/color]

	[color=935DB8]"Fuck O.M.E.N.,"[/color] Veil mused in agreement. She shifted slightly, before she slowly lied back onto the bed. Everything hurt when she moved and she was really hoping that they'd be let out of there soon. [color=935DB8]"Is anyone coming to bail us out?"[/color]

	[color=A4FFFC]"Yup, called my buddy Freddie Flynn over at SHIELD, so that'll be fun, he said he'll come to bail us out."[/color]

	She chuckled slightly, before Veil winced from the pain. [color=935DB8]"You have it bad for Flynn,"[/color] she said. It wasn't a question - just a statement of fact. She had never seen Sapphire be as warm with someone as she was with Flynn. 

	[color=A4FFFC]"I do not! He's a friend!"[/color] she protested with a bit of an eye roll.

	[color=935DB8]"Oh really? Then why do you call him Freddie?"[/color]

	[color=A4FFFC]"Ever heard of something like a nickname? Honestly, his full name is freaking Frederick, who the hell names their kid that anyway!"[/color]

	[color=935DB8]"I think the parents of Flynn,"[/color] Veil suggested cheekily. 

	[color=A4FFFC]"It is a stupid name, and Fred is just as dumb of a nickname, Freddie just sounds better. Could have called him by his last name, but honestly? It is way too much fun to tease him about his name."[/color]

	Veil nodded slightly, but she was fairly certain that her friend was in love with this S.H.I.E.L.D. agent. She knew that Flynn had helped to protect Sapphire when she was trapped in an O.M.E.N. facility - even though he had been a part of O.M.E.N. himself at the time. But if he broke her friend's heart or even dared to look at someone else, Veil would kill him. [color=935DB8]"Alright, just keep on pretending that he doesn't warm your icy heart."[/color]

	[color=A4FFFC]"He is just a friend Veil, nothing more than that,"[/color] she said, still denying it completely, though it was still somewhat a lie. She did have a thing for Flynn, but she was not going to admit it at all to Veil.

	Jack was a little surprised by Max's hug, but he didn't really say anything else about it. He just wasn't exactly in the mood for jokes or hugs or anything like that right now. [color=9C00FF]"I'd love to help you both out right now, but I've apparently got more important things to deal with... Namely my older brother the drug addict is apparently getting out of rehab today and needs me to go get him... Hence why I got pissed off and I still wonder how in my family it is the youngest who seems to be the responsible one..."[/color] Jack said, shaking his head before he heard his phone ring and pulled it back out of his pocket and answered it. [color=9C00FF]"This is Jack Theriot..."[/color] he said, wondering if it was Casper calling again or someone else.

	[color=B0B4B0][i]"This is Piotr. I have favor to ask, Stretch."[/i][/color]

	[color=9C00FF]"Oh hey, sure, shoot, what can I do for you aside from the thing I'm already still working on... How can I help you?"[/color]

	There was a slight pause at the other end of the line. [color=B0B4B0][i]"Two underground members were taken by police. We need your help."[/i][/color]

	[color=9C00FF]"Oh, that certainly is a bit of a problem..."[/color]

	[color=B0B4B0][i]"Valery Simmons - she is called Veil - and Demetria Clarke - she is called Sapphire."[/i][/color]

	[color=9C00FF]"So, what, you want me to see about getting them out of jail without breaking them out or something since I feel like someone has probably suggested that sort of thing."[/color]

	[color=B0B4B0][i]"If you could, that would be much appreciated. But we are having trouble finding them - we need your help."[/i][/color]

	[color=9C00FF]"Alright, so see about finding the prison or whatever where they are held in, and then see about getting them out, sounds like a fun challenge, I'll see what I can do."[/color]

	[color=B0B4B0][i]"Thank you. We are in your debt."[/i][/color] The call then disconnected. 

	[color=9C00FF]"Well this should be fun..."[/color] he said, turning to look at the other two, and noticing the mist around Leighton. [color=9C00FF]"You might want to get back down into the tunnels, that sort of thing isn't exactly seen as the best... I have to go get my brother the idiot and then I have to go stop by my office. Feel free to tag along if you want to, I just need to get going... Hopefully I can also get a hold of Casper,"[/color] he continued, before he dialed Casper and started walking away.
