Arianna looked up, her blood running cold as she heard a thought resonate loudly in her mind. I NEED MORE, it demanded. She gasped softly, recognizing the thought's voice immediately. "Iktomi..." She whispered, looking up at the top floor across from her. A little while later she heard his thoughts clearly in her mind again, this time directed towards her. She took a deep breath and glanced at Kisheto, who was unconscious on the floor. She couldn't just leave him there, unarmed and unconscious. Suddenly, the once unconscious boy was waking up. Arianna smiled, amused by his words. "Arianna," she corrected. He was close enough. Taking another look around at their surroundings, she realized that it would be too hard for someone who had spent a lot of their spirit on healing to make it around the rubble and carnage. She sighed and ran a hand through her hair. "I need to get to the third floor quickly. Im afraid you've spent your energy healing. You should find a place to hide and rest while I go. Dont worry, though. Im not leaving. My friend is up there, and he was battling the boss of this gang. He needs my help." Arianna walked over to a dead gang member and grimaced as she pulled a pistol from the dead mans hand. She tried not to think about which screaming voice she had heard in her head was his as she returned to Kisheto. "This should still have some bullets left. Well, enough to keep you safe," she said as she held it out to him. "I'll be back soon, with my friend. He has a place to stay nearby with food, water, and medical supplies. Plus, a nice bed, or cot, to sleep in." She smiled softly.
