Her hair, when straight, would reach down to her shoulders and is dyed white. Her eyes are a deep green, the rest of her complexity is fair, her body is slim, no sign of muscle just a wiry frame. She stands at 5’4 and usually wears casual clothing, such as skinny jeans and a plain t-shirt, avoiding drawing attention to herself where possible. Her cape costume consists of; long black and white striped thigh highs and arm length gloves. She wears a short dress corset and has a white mask.

Talia grew up in a big city, keeping to herself mostly. Very small, close knit group of friends who she lost contact with as soon as school had ended. She moved out of home and lived a boring life, working an everyday office job. Really nothing of interest ever happened to her and that started to drive her crazy. Hearing stories of capes and Endbringers having done interesting things. 

Talia started to research into how people got their powers and other ways for people to get their powers. One day Cauldron reached out to her and long story short, she got given her powers but she owes Cauldron six favours. She was taught the ins and out of her power and how to best utilize it.

Since Talia gained her power she has just enjoyed doing as she please, ignoring the laws, enjoying her new found power. She eventually came to Denver to join Last Minute.

Marionette creates and fires ethereal strings from her fingers, these ethereal strings can connect to either inanimate or animate things. They are then under her control, she manipulates their movements like a puppeteer would manipulate a marionette doll. She is clunky and not as skilled with precise movements of objects. Severing the ethereal string would cause the victims  limb, that was being controlled by that sting, to be numb and have a lack of feeling for 2 minutes. 


[b]Limitations:[/b] She can only control one person per arm, it takes a full use of an arm and hand to properly control someone. The range on the ethereal strings is no further than a few blocks. Only physical exterior things of the object being controlled can be affected, for example sa string cannot just go on their heart and stop it.

It's a good basis for a character, but a bit too bare bones for approval at this time. The history doesn't give us an idea of who she is or where she's been before, it just says, "she existed, she was bored, then she got powers." [i]Everyone[/i] has had high and lows in their life that needs to be documented. Once you address this, let me know and I'll take another gander at it.

For those of you who are wondering why I haven't commented on any of the new Ward/Jacks applicants made to replace the ones that are leaving/dying for Behemoth, I'm waiting until we're almost done with the Behemoth event for... Reasons.
