If you don't mind me making a suggestion, what if your character lost small portions of his/her memory every time they died and came back? It would not only lets you have Resurrective Immortality, but also imposes a pretty reasonable limitation and gives your character an opportunity to have an inner conflict of sorts during the roleplay.
