But on a side note, have you watched AMC's "Into the Badlands"? I swear the makers of that show had to have been Jak and Daxter fans, at least the dark parts after Jak 2: barons, people with dark powers, giant walls, monks, and more. Obviously they aren't the same, but there are a lot of similarities that make me think that the Jak and Daxter trilogy inspired them.
