I definitely treat my male and female friends differently. My personality tends to be more on the sarcastic and crude side with my guy friends and more toned down around my gal pals. Women compliment each other, men insult each other. I tend to be more accommodating to guys I like I.e. I'll grab them a drink or snack, guys I am not attracted to I tell them to get their own shit.
