I'll wait for at least two more people to post CS's before putting up the first IC post. That way everyone who is currently working on a CS still has time to do so and we get some more players.

Edit: Also, the first IC post will be more of an introduction to current event's rather than, "you're here, doing this, etc." because of the somewhat sandbox like nature of the roleplay. (I do have a plot, but it's one that will unfold gradually, not instantly).
