OK, so I had this idea for an older character. He'd be a distinguished military officer and genetic scientist who also happens to be a Devo, whose been working with the Peacekeepers. His goal would be reintegrating Devo's into society by trying to remove or negate the D3-VO gene. He'd even have had a hand in developing the dampening chip during his efforts. He would have taken on the chip himself even, and lives in the compound with his family.

 Would this be acceptable?
