I've added some more. 

I didn't change anything I've already written besides getting rid of the "Chapter 2" title and making everything after the prologue a part of "Chapter 1". 

I think I'm going to insert a hider underneath "Chapter 1" summing up theoretical game play. Then I'll write chapter 2. Basically, chapters are like extended cut scenes. 

Picture everything that happened in the prologue as seeing Jak on this Precursor ship and meeting the Elder Precursor. At moments during this scene, credits of the design team would scroll across the screen. Logos such as Naughty Dog's paw print could be inside things like the clouds, tree bark, and flowers/leaves blowing in the wind coming across the "camera". 

Extended scenes wouldn't have the Elder Precursor's voice over the entire time. Parts where I describe the scenery would just be replaced with artwork, of course.
