[@Artifex] You could do like we have at my college.  We have apartment style suites with a small living room area and kitchen, and then two separate two person bedrooms and bathrooms (or four or five separate one person bedrooms and two bathrooms).  Maybe I'll see if I can get you the floor plans if you want a better idea of what I'm talking about.
