Cinder was with the blue-haired girl and he was unaware of what was going on outside while his attention was on the girl and her attire, he knew she was indeed beautiful. He hadn't seen her around before today while he looked at the others before turning back to the mystery girl, not knowing who she was he would try to be friendly with her.

He politely looked at her while he would start with introductions, he thought it was a fair place to start in his mind as he looked at her remembering her cheeks were red but he did not know the reason why. Brandon looked around and he noticed Bloom was not there, he figured to at least give a few more minutes for her to show up again since the ball did not really start for a party but since it was not really starting the most logical thing he did was to wait since it seemed some people with them in the ballroom.
