Honestly, there's no one really far enough along in their career for me to give a good answer to this question. What I do know, however, is that Atlantis would remain independent, perhaps aiding the side they saw the best path to that outcome. Season One Namor would have little interest in helping either side and would only act firstly in his own interests and secondly in those which are the best for Atlantis.
