I personally feel that the Stone village loves using paper bombs. Two characters have stated they have a ton of paper bombs. Haha!

You are a Chuunin so you wouldn't have more then two nature chakra's especially since Jounin sometimes only can do two. 
Don't put anything under A-rank till your character is titled Jounin and learn's an A-rank technique. 
I will allow the B-Rank since chuunin can have that technique. 

I agree with [@Reflection] and [@Prosecco] with the explosive clay. I do also agree with Reflection if you alter the technique down a bit in power or even make a new one similar. We could analyze it and put it through discussion. We just don't want to over powered jutsu's.
