I created that super powered terrorist Menace, Menace is one of multiple entities I have made as my agent to punish humanity  for their sins. That is why Menace keep spawning over the eons, all because I keep bringing him back giving him power to do almost anything without fatigue to carry out his evil on the magical dimension.Many complain despite I keep telling them I don't care, they plus their ancestors were senile against me I shall be senile against them. If the people of the magical dimension turn from their wicked ways they will always get closer and closer to a Utopian paradise reality everywhere. My word is law over all creation.
