As it happens the spirit cannot be destroyed, but Bowser is the only one it would flat-out corrupt. The Centurion could very well take it; he [s]may[/s] will be changed a little, but not turned evil. Plus, it would be just the sort of interesting power boost that could make combat as Agoston more dynamic for you. I'd say go for it, personally.
