I'm working on an OOC for The Quilted Flag at this moment. It's almost done! Once it's up I'll post a link to it from this thread and everyone will be free to examine the mechanics or post their character ideas then. I estimate OOC'll be up...end of the night? Somewhere abouts then. Just didn't want to leave anyone wondering.
