[color=gray]▸[/color]	[b]Appearance:[/b][indent]Tadasu isn’t all that unique in appearance when compared to other people his age. No scars mare his skin nor is he especially muscled or thin. The only thing remotely remarkable about his looks would be his bright eyes, slightly uncommon among those with darker hair. Despite his average appearance Tadasu carries himself with an air of confidence. He knows that it doesn’t matter that he doesn’t stand out, in fact in some situations it could be beneficial in the life of a shinobi.[/indent]

The first years of Tadasu’s life weren’t anything special, at least not in his eyes. In reality he had it rather well off, at least compared to many. The Ueda clan has always been rather prominent, enough so that their compound is located within the city proper rather than the outskirts. This gave Tadasu some privileges that those less fortunate were not privy to. He had relative safety, as much as one could expect living in the Elemental Nations, never needed to worry about the quality of his clothing or when his next meal would be. He grew up not only with both of his parents but other clan members as well. 

When he was five years old he began training with his clan, though nothing significant at the start. It mainly involved physical conditioning and learning the basic concepts behind the Shinkirouken. His father handled these areas of his training, along with other members of the clan when his father was away on a mission. Ueda Maki, his mother, took a different approach. She gifted him a shamisen and had him practice playing by creating afterimages of his fingers to create new sounds. He took to all aspects of his training with fervor, following his father’s instructions during the day and practicing his shamisen in the evenings. 

This continued largely without interruption until he joined the Academy to begin properly training as a future shinobi of Amegakure. With his physical training being handled mainly by the academy his parents began taking more missions to contribute to the prosperity of the village. Tadasu in turn spent more time away from his home and clan compound. With his natural inclination to making friends he spent most of his time with them, when not at the academy at least. His evenings remained dedicated to playing his instrument, though more for fun rather than training as he had done as much as he could with it in that regard until he furthered his understanding of the Shinkirouken. 

It wasn’t too long after he entered the academy that his mother ended up dying. According to his father she passed away while on a mission, her death ensuring their success. Tadasu never questioned his father about it further than that, people die and a ninja’s life was far from safe. In his eyes dad would have no reason to lie. The first few months were rough for the aspiring shinobi, but he took comfort in the knowledge she died for the village. Eventually this was enough to help him carry on. 

His father grew more distant after the passing of his wife taking on more missions, the further and longer they took the more likely he was to snatch them up. Tadasu learned from his example and began throwing himself into his Academy work, though he made sure to never neglect his music. This pattern remained the norm until the day he had been anxiously waiting for finally arrived, graduation day.

[indent][color=gray]▸[/color]	[b]Description:[/b][indent]Shinkirouken is a branch of the nintaijutsu Ame Kyozo (Rain Mirror Image). Rather than building up towards utilizing full body afterimages practitioners of Shinkirouken instead focus on making afterimages of specific body parts. It isn’t practiced as widely as the Ame Kyozo as it is seen to have less versatility than it. The Ueda family however have dedicated themselves to the branch and are among the most skilled practitioners of the Shinkirouken. [/indent]
[color=gray]▸[/color]	[b]Strengths:[/b][indent]The strength of the Mirage Fist lies in the additional power it brings to hand to hand combat. While at lower skill levels the afterimages are significantly weaker than their full potential it still adds an additional element to the attack. It can also turn a missed attack into a successful one as most people aren’t necessarily prepared for the afterimage. When compared to its parent style it makes up for its supposed lack of versatility by requiring less chakra control and chakra usage. 

At his current level Tadasu is capable of creating singular afterimages with relative ease for few minutes if using them with every attack.[/indent]

If you remain outside of their range the afterimages are effectively useless, though this is mitigated to a degree at higher levels. Since the individual attacks are not thrown at full strength the series would be easy to weather if someone blocked from the start. Unlike some of his attacks there is very little delay between the creation of the afterimages and the initial punch. It leaves little time to block them, though given his skill level they aren’t as powerful as the first hit.[/indent]
[color=gray]▸[/color]	[b]Weaknesses:[/b][indent]Being outside of his arm reach is the easiest way to nullify the attack. In addition if you block the first punch you are practically guaranteed to block the next two since there is minimal delay.[/indent][/indent]
