Her eyes flickered to Salem as he was mockingly called a hero, but she had no idea anyone knew about what had happened. At least it confirmed Salem hadn't been lying to her--not that he had given her reason to think he would--but hearing it get dredged up like this and in front of people made her feel bad for him. The vampire seemed a little too interested in what had happened, putting a little too much energy in throwing it around. But why? To get a reaction out of Salem? She didn't have the chance to think on it too hard, especially as the vampire felt it prudent to invade her personal space. Out of instinct her hand flew to her waist, only remembering too late that she had opted to leave her weapon in her dorm room. It didn't look like it was needed, the Astorio instead choosing to give her what sounded like actual advice. Blinking in confusion, he wouldn't give her a chance to respond as he stepped back, further confusing her with an...implicative statement. And then Salem intervened. Lilie was pretty sure she couldn't have dreamed what came out of the mage's mouth, both his actions and words shocking her just as much if not more than what the Astorio said and did. She thought Max was brave enough talking back, but Salem had actually put a hand on him! On a noble! But if he went too far, then bad things could happen. Instead she nodded in response to the words aimed at her, clearing her throat. "I'll...keep that in mind. Sir," Lilie said to the Astorio as she felt not acknowledging his words would have been rude. "Best to get going, anyway..."

[sub]Interacting with: [@Scribe of Thoth][@Trainerblue192][@ReusableSword][/sub]
