He has tan skin, and dark black hair that runs to his shoulders. Lance wears a Tunic or Robes during his off time, with a circular pendant with the symbol of his military rank. He carries many tiny scars around his torso, wounds from his time serving his country. [/color][/indent] 
[sub][color=8dc73f][b]Personality[/b][/color][/sub][indent][color=gray]Lance has a kind heart, despite what many think. He's seen some horrors in his time, and sympathizes with others who've done the same. Lance has has little respect for those that haven't done a hard day's work, but have enough ego to cover multiple people. Quite ironic for an Elf. And while he now prefers words, he knows there is a time for weapons, and when that time comes, Lance will not hold back.[/color][/indent]
[sub][color=8dc73f][b]Background[/b][/color][/sub][indent][color=gray]Lance was born to High elves, but was never raised by them. He was instead given to an old friend of his father, a Human named Markus. Lance soon learned that his parents were teenagers, and his birth was basically unwanted. Growing up, Lance was raised as a Human, not an Elf. He never learned a whole lot on magic, and was taught to live like a man. At first, Lance was going to be a Carpenter, like Markus, but that all changed very quickly. If there was one thing Lance valued above all else, it was his home, and when he learned that his country was going to war, he enlisted as soon as he could. Barely out of his teens, Lance learned to fight, and to follow the path of honor and discipline. The attack on his homeland did in fact come, and Lance was an unparalleled fighter. He rose through the ranks, eventually becoming a Sergeant before the war had finally ended. In his 30's now Lance was a proud soldier, but misfortune had struck, and while he was out fighting, his adoptive father, Markus had been murdered, his home looted and burned down. Having nowhere left to go, Lance would spend the next 90 years in the military, training recruits, being deployed in other countries, and commanding his own force of men, and being promoted to Staff Sergeant. Eventually, however, Lance grew tired of it all, and requested a Discharge. His request was granted, and Lance moved to Meplein.

Lance would spend the next 40 years honing his craft as a Carpenter, to honor Markus' original wishes. Soon however, shit would, as they say, hit the fan, and the king would be betrayed and killed, yadda yadda, you read the foreward. Lance would do his best to survive on his own, trying desperately to stay under the evil ruler's radar. Then he would hear of the White Rose, and his mission became clear. This was his new home, and he must fight to take it back.[/color][/indent]

●Sword and Spear proficiency. Lance's weapons of choice were the Sword and the Spear.
●Carpentry. Spending 40 years as a carpenter gives you some good practice. 
●Shield Proficiency. Like the Sword and Spear, Lance prefers Sword and Board if he is not using his Spear.

●Slow. Although he is strong, all this heavy equipment slows down his overall speed.
●Rusty. It's been over 40 years since Lance last had a serious fight, his technique and strength aren't what they used to be.

He carries little money on him, only a few gold coins, leaving the rest of his wealth in a bank, which is probably gone now given the circumstances. He has his carpentry tools, for whatever they may be worth, and two days of homemade rations, waterskin included.[/color][/indent]
