Thank you! Gabriella Gonzales is a large young woman, easily reaching 6'2" in height, with a well-developed musculature gained by eating healthy and working out every other day. Her biceps are around 9 inches thick, her thighs surpassing a foot, and her six abs are as well defined as can be. She tries to make sure her body fat doesn't get too low, however, so she does have a small amount of it that can pass as breasts, with majority of it taking up glute duty. Being of Mexican descent, her skin has a notable milk coffee-like hue, matched closely by her long strands of wavy brown hair, which reach her upper back, and completed with her eyes which shine enthusiastically in a healthy chestnut hue. Her typical attire is basic - she's usually found wearing some type of workout clothing, with the amount of sweat soaked into it varying by the time of day. Usually this involves either sweat pants or yoga pants, often very basic shades like black or grey, and a tank top which might be pink or green with sports bra underneath. As much as she loves being showy, she doesn't typically take the time to dress up beyond making her hair look decent since it would cut into either workout time or anime time.

Inspired by her family's history in wrestling, Gabriella designed her costume to invoke the spirit of the luchador, while also being conducive to the use of her quirk which needs her skin to be exposed to function. Covering her face is a stylish cowl, coloured green with yellow trim around the edges and eyeholes, and adorned with a pair of large, white feathers which raise upward out of her forehead, curling backwards about a foot above her. It leaves the lower part of her face exposed, meaning her cheeks and her chin. The cowl allows her long brown hair to flow down her back. Around her modest chest she wears a backless, sleeveless, midriff-exposing...piece of fabric, its colour matching the green and yellow-accented mask, with a white floral pattern breaking up the green base. Her lower body is covered by a pair of small green hotpants, held up by a white studded belt, leaving her legs bare. She wears a pair of loose-fitting sandals she can kick off quickly. The outfit obviously shows off lots of skin, which is both helpful for her quirk and great for intimidation given her impressively muscular form. Said coffee-toned skin is not wasted space when it comes to fashion, however - it is patterned with body paint coloured a bright, eye-catching yellow. Her arms and legs have curving, circular patterns, her back has an illustration of a crested caracara with its wings spread and its beak turned toward her right side, and her abdomen has a set of curved lines which angle away from her navel.
Name: Gabriella Gonzalez Age: 17 Gender: Female Hero Name: Repulsa Libre Quirk Name: Repulsion Quirk Type: Emitter Quirk Description: Repulsion allows Repulsa Libre to repel any physical matter that comes into contact with her bare skin away from her body. She can control the magnitude of the force applied to the matter, but not the direction, which will always be perpendicular to the surface of the body part it was in contact with. Because the matter must come in contact with her bare skin, it doesn't work if something touches her through her clothes or her costume. Thanks to this quirk, she has a great advantage in close quarters physical confrontations, as she is able to simply repel any conventional attempt to harm her away. This works especially well against blades, which tend to cut through her clothes and bring themselves in contact with her skin by design. Her quirk can also be used offensively, repelling villain's bodies away from her body as she strikes them, increasing the force she hits them with. This combined with her already well-developed musculature means she can knock the average person out with a single well-placed blow. She can also repel herself off of objects that have a great amount of inertia. Her ability to use her quirk is limited by Newton's Third Law; every time she repels something away, there is an equal force exerted on the insides of her own body. This is a unique and subtle type of force generated by her quirk which acts upon her body in specific ways: her muscles insulate her body against the force, her nervous system is the most vulnerable to it, her organs are also vulnerable to it but less so than her nerves, and her bones nullify it. The magnitude of the force generated per use of her quirk is directly proportional to the mass of the object she repels, with extra force added depending on how much velocity the object had before she repelled it (which can be lessened by angling her body to avoid repelling the object in the exact opposite direction it was travelling in). To illustrate its effects on her with examples:

Repelling inert air molecules around her body is effortless.
Repelling herself off a wall once won't affect her much, but bouncing herself around a room like a rubber ball would probably make her whole body numb after a minute (along with being very sick to her stomach)
Repelling a punch from someone with similar muscle mass as her would tingle for a moment. Repelling two or three more similar punches using the same body part will likely make her lose feeling in that part. Any more than that would temporarily paralyze that part of her body due to her nervous system not carrying the signals from her brain to that part properly. She would need to go between a half and a full hour without repelling anything using that body part in order to be able to move it again, though it would not regain feeling until 6 hours had passed
Repelling a car thrown at her would cause her to lose the ability to use both her arms for between a half and a full hour, similar to the above example
Repelling a moving pickup truck would instantly drain all of her stamina and overwhelm her nervous system and put her in a vegetative state for up to a week, requiring her to need IV treatment to avoid starving to death
Repelling herself off the ground to save herself from a seven-story drop would likely do the same as the above example
Repelling a falling building, even just a two-story house, would be impossible - she would not have enough physical stamina to generate enough repulsive force to change its direction. At most she might be able to repel a section of the wall and end up inside the building (sacrificing limb movement in the process), but that would be a last resort if simply repelling herself and potential victims away from the danger zone is not an option
Repelling herself off the ground after a drop of any more than seven stories would be impossible - she would not have enough physical stamina to generate enough repulsive force to oppose her own velocity. She would not escape an 8 story fall without injury even if she used her quirk, and any greater height would almost certainly be fatal
Along with this limitation, repelling matter also takes physical effort, which is dictated by the magnitude of the repulsive force she applies. Objects with more mass/more inertia take a greater magnitude of force in order to move them, though loss of stamina is not as debilitating as loss of nervous system functions. This also means there is a limit to the amount of force her quirk can generate, as illustrated in the lattermost examples above. Finally, Repulsion is ineffective against any form of matter that does not have mass, which includes the likes of fire, electricity, and light. Since she can only use the ability one burst at a time, she is also not able to repel matter in states other than solid very effectively, making her weak against water or air currents, as well as toxic gas. Inventory: As Repulsa Libre, her costume doesn't give her a lot of storage space, so she doesn't have any tools she relies on during her work. As Gabriella, however, she does have one important item that helps with her hero work: a portable changing room. A cloth between two metal rings with a telescopic pole connecting them. The curtain is littered with small gaps., and when the device is activated, it covers her body from the neck-down, allowing her to remove her clothing entirely. Once she has done so, the curtain is then pulled tight around her body, and the telescopic pole begins to rotate around the rings it is connected to, nozzles in its length spraying yellow body paint at the curtain, the gaps in which act as a stencil for the patterns on Repulsa Libre's body. After the paint is applied, the curtain is loosened, allowing her to put on the rest of her costume. Altogether, it's a changing room in appearance only, with it's main purpose being to apply the paint rather than to hide her as she changes. As a student, there aren't any times when she would need to change quickly in public, after all. The paint itself is also a specially made support item, created to be thin enough to not interfere with her quirk.
"Why not go with just "Repulsa"?" one of her classmates queried. "Yeah, it's shorter and rolls of the tongue easier," added another. "I can't deny these things," Gabriella conceded, nodding her head in agreement with her classmates as her accented contralto voice jingled across the room. Since it was the day when they picked out their permanent "Hero Names", she expected she'd receive some feedback along those lines. Yet, she could also not simply take their advice. She had already thought about it long and hard. "But I cannot take this advice. It does not hold the same meaning to me, and it will not convey that meaning to my fellows." Gabriella's eyes scanned the room she stood at the head of, making eye contact with as many of the other students as she could. "People, they hear the name "Repulsa", maybe they think, "Is catchy, good name, I will remember it", and then it is done. No more thought. But, people hear the name "Rrrepulsa Libre", it piques interest. "What does "libre" mean? Is it Spanish? Oh, luchadores use that sometimes."" Getting into the swing of her speech, which admittedly she had practiced many times in her head in anticipation for having to convince everyone that spectacle was sometimes worth the inconvenience, she continued. "It makes them think, it makes them wonder. And if they are perhaps a fan, maybe it makes them study up! "I know, I'll look up something about luchadores so I can impress Repulsa Libre if I meet her," says to him or herself Timothy or Janet. They are educated about Latino culture, even if only a little! Victory for Repulsa Libre! Victory for Mexicanos! Victory for America!" Gabrielle threw her powerful, muscular arms upward in celebration, the wide grin on her face gleaming in the fluorescents of the classroom. "And, that's only for those who know nothing of Mexican culture. For those of Mexican descent living here in America, they hear "Rrrrepulsa Libre", it is a familiar thing. It says to them, "you are not alone"! It says "be proud of your heritage, and show it to the world"! So we have Americans teaching themselves about Mexico, and Mexicans teaching Americans about Mexico. It is great victory for all to have more education, yes? And who to thank for this victory? Yes, it is Rrrrrepulsa Libre!" Gabriella, finished with her speech and confident that any who were unsure had been sufficiently swayed by her words, turned her back to her classmates and lifted her arms up. She flexed the muscle within her biceps, forearms, and upper back , causing the muscle to ripple her flesh and the tight-fitting fabric of het green tank top. After holding the pose for a few seconds, she turned to face the class once more and scanned their reactions. Silence, several gaping mouths, some looking as if they expected her to do everything she just did. Yes, a splendid performance. Hearing no objections, she gave a slight bow and headed back to her seat at the back of the class (she would rather be at the front but there was an issue in the first week where the students behind her couldn't see the whiteboard). Now that it was settled, she looked forward to wearing the name Repulsa Libre. Even if it was not a terribly creative name by true luchador standards, it was enough that it conveyed its inspirations to the masses as efficiently as possible. It was a name that would help cement her as the most popular Latina hero. The hero who would inspire Latin Americans, perhaps even all immigrant peoples, to embrace their ethnic background regardless of whether they are made fun of or discriminated against for it, and make them feel truly at home in their home regardless of the hardships they face. Inspire them to use their powers to help even those who would hinder them, and to teach rather than take revenge on the ignorant. Even simply sitting at her desk as the next student demonstrated their choice of hero name, she could not stop grinning from ear to ear as she imagined it.
