Niah had drawn her ICER as a reaction when Tinley had announced that the two new agents, that Niah hadn't even seen before this very moment, were HYDRA agents. Her heart raced and she could hear it in her ears. But as she went to aim at Agent Wu the cat(?) sprouted tentacles and whipped the man around like a rag doll.
