There are a couple ways to go about that. Once your familiar with the [url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/150081-a-new-users-guide-to-the-guild/ooc]rules[/url], it's best to head on over to one of the [b]interest check sections[/b]. Though, if you see a specific roleplay you like, you can probably just post in the OOC and see ask if they have spots free! 

[indent]If you're in the mood for tabletop, you'll want to check out [url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/forums/40-tabletop-interest-checks]tabletop interest checks[/url] to find a game. There's alot of D&D but a couple other systems pop up now and then.

If prefer roleplays that involve you and one other person, the [url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/forums/16-1x1-interest-checks]1x1 section[/url] is best. Sometimes new users put their checks in other sections, which is also fine, but you'll likely get more bites there. If you have specific interests or pairings in mind, make a thread! You'll probably get a few interested peeps :)

If you're in the mood for a Group roleplay, there are a few options. [url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/forums/13-casual-interest-checks]Casual[/url] is where the majority of users hang out. You can also head over to Advanced for a more in depth experience and Free for something lighter.[/indent]

Best thing to do is just get stuck in! People are generally pretty accommodating, particularly to newbies. I'm sure you'll find your feet in no time. Best of luck :D
