Self-serving and materialistic, the language that often get Killian's attention the best is money. Killian has lived on realist ideals and a cost/benefit outlook all his life. With a dry sense of humor, he is often the first to toss out a sarcastic comment. Though he may come off hard to get along with, he understands the value of relationships, and how those things can benefit in the long run. You might not ever get him to admit it, but he does enjoy the company of others and spending time with those he would consider his allies. If there is anything close to honor in his rulebook, it is that he is a strong believer in the repayment of debts. He never forgets a favor given, or a grudge that needs repayment.

[b]Money[/b]- Killian believes that one of the most powerful things in life is money. He loves to live comfortably and lavishly, and money is the best way to accomplish this

[b][u]Why he Joined the Guild[/u][/b]: Following the emergence of Catamount, Killian lived for years thrown back into a life of poverty. Due to his reputation as a mage with some combat ability, he has been sent to fight the Forest Vulcans. He was recruited by Zane to White Gull around the time he was first sent to the second group. He joined because he saw at as an exemplary way to pay back the debt to Catamount for setting him back.

[u][b]Magic type[/b][/u] [hider=Gold Magic]Killian's magic is a caster type that allows the caster full control over gold. Gold being the softest of all metals allows Killian to mold it into whatever shape he desires, as well as change its' specific properties, raising and lowering its' density to harden or soften it. To use his magic, Killian requires a source of gold to manipulate.[/hider]

[i]"Midas Touch"[/i]- With a metal similar in composition to gold (i.e Lead), Killian can transmute it into gold for a period of time. 
[i]"Coin Blades"[/i]- Killian turns golden coins into razor sharp blades and can use them as projectiles or manipulate them more closely as shields/weapons
[i]"Midas Form:Gloves"[/i]- Killian encases his arms in gold armor and can change their shape to his will.

[u][b]Background[/b][/u]- 
	Born on Kaia to a single mother who died childbirth, Killian is no stranger to hardship. He was taken care of by other orphans fending for themselves in the streets of Kaia. Even before Catamount took control, Killian lived meal-to-meal, a grubby child begging for food. He lived much of his earliest years that way scrounging up scraps wherever he could, taking kindness wherever he could receive it. 
	At around 9 years old, Killian found himself working at a bakery doing oddjobs around the store in exchange for unsold leftovers at the end of the day. The bakery, a local favorite, was often visited by a mage who took interest in Killian. Killian learned magic from the mage before he left for the mainland leaving Killian back on Kaia. Killian took advantage of his newfound mage status and used it to find more jobs and more money oppurtunities.
