delet dis EDIT: Forreal now tho. Here's questions for you. -4k LP or 8k LP? -Action duels are a thing, but what about Turbo duels? -If they are a thing, is it with Speed World Neo or with Speed World / Speed World II + Speed Spells? -Rulings on anime cards? -Rulings on custom cards? -Rulings on manga cards? -Rulings on IRL- wait... -What's the technology level like? (e.g. energy disks, lightweight disks with a duel gazer/duel tattoo, bulky disks with built-in hologram projectors ala DM/GX/5D's)
4k LP (As after some thought it prevents duel length from reaching an absurdity) added it to the OP Turbo duels are indeed a thing, but they will be played with Neo as the field spell. Exclusive cards such as Anime/Manga cards will be prohabited Customs may be allowed but only if there is a significant hankering for them (IE the deck is functionally unplayable without it (dark scorpions anyone?)), so they may be allowed on a case by case bases but not to completely build an archetype from scratch with. Technology Level is around Arc V, which means the Duel disks are pretty light-weight comparatively. This is due to action duel technology also being present. This doesn't mean that the older duel disk models don't exist. It just means they aren't common. However don't expect any dimension hopping anytime soon.
[@1Charak2] Just to make sure I'm understanding that new rule properly. As long as you control an extra deck monster in your extra deck zone, you can summon other monsters of the same type that are a lower rank or level than that monster, in any other monster zone? What happens if the card in your extra deck zone is destroyed? Are all your other extra deck monsters destroyed or returned to the extra deck as well? Or do you move the next highest level monster to that zone?
In the event the monster in your 'Extra deck zone' is destroyed. All that occurs is that you can no longer summon monsters from the extra deck to the main monster zones, until you summon a new monster form the extra deck to take its place. Otherwise your board state remains the same. Similar to how a Link monster being destroyed won't destroy the monsters it was linked to.
