[b]Noble Arm Abilities:[/b] 

[i]Fire Generation -[/i] Flamebringer can generate fire and control already-existing flames, moving them from place to place at will. The sword can launch waves of fire with every slash, heat itself to a blowtorch's temperature, and send out fireballs that are slightly slower than bullets but can explode for massive damage.

[i]Friendly Fireproofing -[/i] With a moment of concentration, Eliza can magically make her flames refuse to burn people she does not count as an enemy, enabling her to spare civilians and allies from her attacks. With another moment of concentration, she can also make it refuse to burn wood and othet flammable materials. This makes her an immensely valuable asset on clearance missions, as it means that she can spray fire around without risking too much collateral damage.

[b]Personality:[/b] Eliza likes to think of herself as ordinary except for her Noble Arm. She mixes with Arms Master and normal person alike easily, trying as best as she can to project a breezy or breezy-ish personality. Kind, joyful, and fun-loving, Eliza nevertheless knows that Operation: Symbiosis is a hard gamble and that the local populace is hostile to foriegn intervention. She hates the Hammer of Masters and Disablers for reasons she deems just, as to her, it's not just intent that matters, but also one's [i]methods[/i] of gaining victory. Even if there are times where the ends justify the means, it should only be [i]rarely[/i].

        [b]*Likes:[/b] Babysitting the child prodigies and Arms Masters accompanying the Operation, Reading, Saving Civilians.

        [b]*Dislikes:[/b] Being feared and hated, while knowing it'd happen a lot. Also, Licqorice.

        [b]Fears:[/b] Having to commit an atrocity.

[b]Bio:[/b] The daugther of a soldier and a nurse, Eliza Logan lived an average life, one that hadn't changed even when her Noble Arm manifested. Her parents handled the apperance of said arm without much fanfare, reminding Eliza that it was what one did with her tools that mattered, not what tools one had in the first place. And Eliza listened, knowing the truth in those worlds. In her small town, she was loved, and quickly learned the ways of talking and acting needed to keep it that way. This served her in good stead as she joined the American Military, completing her training just before Operation: Symbiosis was proposed.

As the Operation gained support among various sectors of society, Eliza volunteered to join, and it was discovered that she was good with 'talented but immature' kids. And so as the Operation's troops began deployment in Lebanon, Jordan, Israel, Palestine and Cyprus, Eliza was tasked with guarding Pablo Legazpi, the Filipino kid from Trinidad Academy. For it was foreseen by those with precognitive Noble Arms that the two of them were the linchpin to [i]any[/i] possibility of victory in the Operation. 

Thankfully, the two hit it off without any problems, with Eliza finding Pablo intelligent and surprisingly mature for his age. And so, preperations for their baptism of fire continued...
