Could you expand on the character form? Specifically what ages are the max/min or what age range you're looking for and which pokemon we're allowed/which are usually the starters. Also most people usually start their pokemon trainer career at 10 so If somebody wants to start their career they'd need to wait like 6 years just to be able to compete. Any preferred length for the backstory? Also for appearances, are we allowed to use/do you prefer we use pictures or descriptions?
If you are from any of the official regions, you may use any of those starters. If you never got a starter from a professor, but your parents gave you a pokémon, you may start with that. If you want to pick up a starter at Rhando Island, then you can choose between Rowlet, Cyndaquil and Froakie. Natives know they can't start until they're 16, so they usually don't go to professor Maple to start their adventure at the age of 10. After elementary school there is the academy where they can get a basic eduction and some basic trainer lessons, and they are allowed to have a Pokémon companion there, but they don't learn to fight until they are 15. People who aren't from the islands are allowed to have competed in a League or two already, and have started at whatever age is common for those regions. This doesn't have to be the first League a character does. I didn't put a minimum or maximum age, if someone wishes to play an adult who thought it would be fun to do a new league, that is allowed. Characters younger than 16 can do whatever their parents allow them to, but they can't participate in the battles/contests, so if that's what you want to do your character should be 16+ The backstory can be as short or as long as you want and appearance may be text or an image, both are fine. I hope this clears things up :) [@CaptainSully] I've got no problems with the Pokémon you picked :)
