While Isaac can be an amicable individual, he tends to avoid social events of almost any kind unless absolutely necessary. Preferring to be left to his work, he is a diligent agent and arguably the most devoted in The Agency. Much of his expertise surrounds being able to examine a crime scene with a great deal of scrutiny. That being said, it should be known that his social skills are slightly below par when it comes to dealing with sensitive subject matter. Despite his inability to properly convey emotions or signs of empathy, Isaac is a focused and sympathetic agent, not hesitating to aid a coworker if it is within his power to do so. Agents partnered with Isaac in the past have stated he comes off as honest, straightforward, and trustworthy despite his somewhat stoic mannerisms.

Born and raised in New Carcosa, Isaac grew up the eldest of three children. His father and mother both working within the OIA. At age 18, Isaac attended Miskatonic University before joining the OIA himself. From there he continued to work in the Occult Crimes Department specializing in homicide cases without ever accepting promotions in rank. During the Ronoth Cult Crisis of 2022 to 2025, he suffered a traumatic event which left him in a depressive state and earned him the OIA Inquisitor Award for Bravery and Outstanding Service. He continues to work in Violent Occult Crimes.

Isaac appears to harbor some form of trauma from his time investigating the Ronoth Cult. Numerous counseling sessions following the event seem to have little positive effect. Isaac currently shows signs of high functioning depression as his work seems to be unimpeded by whatever trauma he carries. Suggest assigning agent a partner to monitor his progress and potentially aid in recovery.
