[@Spectral]  Ball-and-chain is an interesting power set especially with the transformation bit.  Wasn't sure about the sapper power at first when I read it, but since the draining power will depend on the type of monster it will be easy enough for me to decide which monsters the effect would actually be useful against.  A lot of the strong monsters will just shrug such an effect off but the recovery bit will still be quite useful even against the big boys.

[@Kierankaos]  For some reason thought I already talked about the reworked sheet, anyway it should work now so go ahead an put it up in the character tab.
