I'm in GMT. My schedule varies but so long as I have information in advance, generally say a week, I can set that time aside. Other then that I'm on almost every day atm but sometimes that's on the go (I also have a bad habit of staying logged in when I'm not around) 

EDIT: I probably can't do late at night though if it comes down to that
