Food source: Can absorb essence from certain objects. Devours small crustaceans or fish meat.  
Size: About four feet long including its tail and not very thick naturally. 
Natural abilities: Can breathe both air and water. Able to detect electrical signals in the water and air. Cannot be blinded by lights. Immune to most electricity. Has many rows of sharp teeth that regrow on their own in a few days. Has a fairly tough hide of scales 
Magical abilities: Can float on its own unaided at all times. Can detect magical essence through its forehead's jewel. Can control both water and air. Can learn to activate spells of air, water, and electricity. 
Usual Temperaments: Usually a mysterious creature that learns quickly. Capable of learning spells it is an intelligent creature that chooses to avoid being seen at all over fighting or repelling foes or prey. It is fairly docile though.
Locations Found: Found in ocean storms or near Tearia's Magoi Guild's lakes. 
Weaknesses: It isn't big or strong and can be tossed around rather easily. But disrupting its ability to sense essence will blind this creature for the most part. If it loses its staff it is incapable of casting spells. [/hider]
