Penelope gave a small nod as she glanced up at the ceiling. She hadn't really noticed it due to their height difference but the ceiling was rather low. If she reached up, she'd be able to touch it with her hand. It was a bit impressive that Crow hadn't knocked over more things than just a mop, however, considering how the thief was so skilled at sneaking around, she supposed it made sense. Her attention shifted back over to the former thief as she noticed him move to grab something. She raised an eyebrow curiously as he picked up the mop and stepped over to the door. Making out his movements in the dark, she soon realized what he was attempting to do and smirked a little as she watched him barricade the door with the mop. As he turned back to her, she returned his grin with a small smile. "Good thinking. That's at least one less thing we have to worry about." she mumbled with a hint of relief. The knight certainly felt a bit more secure knowing there was less of a chance of them being caught. They had both been careful to put distance between each other and to have that go to waste would be a problem, especially considering the reason they were doing it in the first place. Her feeling of security didn't last long though as a large growl of thunder made the knight freeze for a moment. Her heart began to race anxiously again and as the sound faded, she moved off the wall to press into Crow again, burying her face into his neck as she tried to calm her nerves once more. "Gods I hate this weather." she muttered bitterly.
