Edit: Also, note that as the game is semi-sandbox instead of sandbox, the Disablers and Hammers, as well as other villain factions, are slated to lose, though it'd take months of RPing IRL and they have every chance of bloodying the enemy. That, and if the heroes act like super-idiots, there's a chance that they can win anyway. A chance.
